{Been a fuckin while ain't it? I'm not even really in the fandom anymore of bnha, taking more creative options of making my writing much more interesting to the consumer, so I've been having fun! But I'm back to write some ideas for this since I bothered to poke back onto wattpad yesterday. There's a chance I'll be deleting some less than wholesome things on my account but I'll wait for public opinion before I do anything drastic 😂😂
Anyway, enjoy the new and improved writing!}
"You'll regret being annoying!" Shigaraki's spit flew and his hissed vocals cracked with anger. Dry hands extended as did a honey finger, jabbing the remains of this childish fury towards the green headed protagonist.
"I.." there was a choke in Izuku's "witty" comeback, much less of wit and much more of fear. However, fear kept him alive, his natural frame of mind rolled over into his usual survival mode, quick thinking. A plan twisted his fear into courage for a second as he glanced at his teacher.
"..I don't understand, you think I'm annoying? What does this make you then?"
Shigaraki's expression under his greasy bangs turned surprised as he retracted his pointing hand as if it got smacked. His eyes darkened as a shift in his heel led him to reel forward, almost in a violent attack, though he dived straight through a whispy-purple cloud, absorbing him and spitting him out just where he originally lunged from. He didn't seem caught too off guard, but Izuku still tried to use this moment of chaos to sprint past the navy skinned monstrosity that has walked half the distance to his standing. He had to get to his teacher! He wouldn't just anger Shigaraki for the fun of it!
"Nomu!" The man child yowled at this, once more summoning the beast with an exposed brain to attention. This time his calling came with an order. "Kill that shitty paaawn!"
It was interesting how he screamed, your throat almost became second hand sore with how loud and painful he was. His lips stretched in an uncanny valley, spreading the already dry flakes wide. Like small eyelids, the flesh opened and shallow blood pooled in the smile. The villain merely licked his lips as if this split lip was commonplace.
{and this is where the author completely forgets what happened in mha and turns to creative freedom because I'm too lazy to rewatch everything}
Izuku knew of Tsu who was located behind him, to the left. The nomu's steps shook the ground but heavy footfall meant slow movement. About a step forward with a wide distance every... 2 seconds? Slow, that's fine. That's fine. He just needed to move forward to Aizawa- purple to his right, duck, dodge to the left.
A whirl of steps had the aspiring teen hero thinking back to Kacchan of things.
In middle school, there was always an eye out for the general location of the hothead. Behind him. To the left. Coming around to his right, circling him. Two people on either side of him, middle is the threat, to the right is medium threat, flying can help him locate Izuku. The left is only there to be cool. He's never directly laid a hand on him. Analysis, dodge Kacchan, duck to the left, make them run into each other and dove under a table- he never did. He knew better than to move.
But now wasn't the time for stillness. Now was the time to move. He did dodge, squatting in a single frame second as his feet slid across the concrete of the floor with a screech, head low between his shoulders. He felt the cold sweat kick off his forehead as he kept his eyes forward. His ears were perked back, listening to Nomu's trail, how close he was. He kept his torso circled but angled forward as he dead on dived, eyes never leaving his goal. His peripheral handled locating sudden obstacles in real time.
On top of it, possible the aspect of his talent that was the most humorous, is that he mumbled it all out loud in real time, adding subtitles to his actions. Verbalizing things helped lock it in place mentally.
To the left. Roll, tuck the shoulder, lower the chin. Protect the neck.
The darting was coming natural to him, without a quirk, not that this was involved in Izuku's cycle of thoughts. 10 feet away from his teacher.
He lowered one of his arms in a scoop, sliding under Aizawa's body. He knew he should be gentle but he needed to keep as much momentum as he could. Nomu, he felt movements of air. It had to be directly on his trail.
Aizawa's body hit his own, an added weight of a full grown man making Izuku wheeze just slightly. Though his legs burned, he focused on the muscles in his legs, how they curl around bone and contract. Pull. Push. Jump.
He hurled himself upwards, maneuvering his teacher over his shoulder in midair, seeing the fist of the creature swipe just under him. Izuku was falling quicker than he wanted though with the extra weight, looking down. Gravity carried him, but the feeling wasn't unfamiliar. In fact back at the beach with All Mig- Toshi. He fell down a trash heap but landed on a discarded sewer pipe- he remembered that.
He angled his toes downward and moved his heels symmetrically from each other, colliding with the bicep of the Nomu and kicked off backwards.
Izuku had never done a fucking backflip before but hell if that cared to him right now. "Tsu!"
He screamed this, knowing that the froggy was watching. And sure to his intuition, as if she was tense and only waiting for the moment of his word, her tongue shot out towards him. It was a stretch, but she caught them and yanked the two just barely out of the way of a quick fist hurling towards them.
He only breathed back in when he hit the floor behind the bushes.
"Kero-"
"I have to go back out, t-take Aizawa, I'll be a, a-a a second, and, I I will, I will-" Izuku stood as he stuttered, forcing his body to move. Soreness wasn't a stranger to his form, it often lied in all of his muscles with the sudden extremities he's pushed himself through to accept a wonderful blond hair.
He might as well use it right?
"I will distract-tract di-,distract, go get him out of- of of here!"
Izuku would have cursed at the stutter but it always seemed to surface in times of tension. Luckily he spoke fast, even with the hauling in his own speech, he was in and out quickly before Tsu could much of argue.
This time when he jumped back over the bush, he saw the Nomu picking up Shigaraki. Much to the digression of the butler teleporter, hollering was being exchanged back and forth between them, but for some reason Izuku couldn't hear them.
Well, he heard them, but he couldn't understand them. Was this normal? What was happening?
No time for that. Go. Villains, they're real. Aizawa said that. It's okay, he didn't need to hear them, he just needs to see them.
His eyes focused in on them. He saw them, stacking together, Butler behind the two with the large portal, walking forward, nomu's arm seems damaged? The one he jumped off of. Was there... three? More? What? Did they also get teleported in?
No... not quite. There were two more Shigaraki- no now there's one more? Two total, that's fine. Makes sense. Villains can- villains-
The world was spinning violently. Izuku wasn't sure why. It was like a button, every time he took a step the world would get more hazy and more hazy.
Wait.
Did he injure the Nomu? With his quirk? When did his pants get so torn? How high had he jumped off its arm? It didn't feel normal now that he bothered to remember it. And why was everything... so rotate-y?
It might have been the splintering of a door that made a thumping noise, or it might have been his body hitting the ground, but Izuku's vision turned black either way.
