Oh no, Neko!

First Day of UA!

Izuku was rather upset, actually, when he got the news that he was accepted. Sure he cried with his mom and had an ice-cream party as they sobbed in happiness together, but Todoroki neve came back. He would have at least wanted to tell him he made it into UA... it felt nice to be wanted.. even if it was only for two days.. He sighed to himself as he got ready for his first day and tried to pump himself up.

He should be thankful for the memories Todoroki gave him. Not the fact he left him...

With this is mind, Izuku grinned as he walked out to his mom, shoveling his breakfast into his stomach and grabbed his bento, eager to get to school. He was already heading to the door, grinning as the realization that he was really going to UA kicked in. He dreamt of this his whole life and it was finally here!

Izuku quickly got his shoes on, giddily adjusting his mess of a tie one last time before starting to open the door, "Bye mom-!"

"Izuku wait!" Inko gasped as she scrambled into the door way.

"What is it? I'm gunna be late-" Izuku fussed, though if anything he was going to be early.

"I-I'm really proud of you.." She smiled at him, slightly fiddling with her thumbs as she looked up at her son with the gaze only a loving mother like Inko could give.

Izuku's face softened and he hugged her, "I love you so much mom.."

"I love you too hunny n-now go out there and go get those villains!" She cheered, finally letting him out the door.

The greenet was pretty used to jogging, so he did just that to school, eager to get to his class. He wondered what types of people he was going to be with.. maybe that girl from the entrance exam would be there? At least maybe he'd know someone! Though he was a bit scared.. he heard Kacchan got in from his mom when she was talking to Mitsuki. And that tall guy that yelled at him for mumbling about trying to find Todoroki...

Izuku shook his head. No! He shouldn't think like that. He should look forward to everyone he'd meet!

The greenet found the way to his class room, eyeing the huge door rather curiously, opening it after a few uncertain seconds of hesitation and walked inside to the basically empty classroom. Kacchan wasn't there yet.. so that was good.

He looked around at the rest of the students, noting the loud and tall person who yelled at him there, another boy with bigger elbows and black hair talking to another with red hair and quite the set of teeth..

Though Izuku's eyes were attracted to the back of the class where his breath got caught in his throat at the pure shock and excitement. "To..Todoroki!?"

His sudden out burst attracted some eyes, but the ones that really mattered to him were a mismatched gaze of blue and warm grey.

The halfie's eyes widened a little, lifting his head from it being pressed flat on the desk to properly look at him, ears adjusting to be more at attention. He seemed to be completely ignoring a girl with long black hair drawn up in a pony tail next to him, the greenet quickly stumbling over.

"OmigoshyoujustdissapearedwheredidyougoIwassoworried-" Izuku rushed out in one breath, the girl giggling a bit at him but turned a sour gaze back to Todoroki.

"So you answer to him but not your childhood best friend? Hmph.. I see how it is you little cat." She barked jokingly, though raised a brow at Izuku. "And.. who are you? Todoroki spoke highly of you, and he never talks about anyone."

The haflie hissed softly at her bashfully, tail discreetly swinging under the table to curl around Izuku's ankle as he started sulking and fiddling with his fingers.

The greenet was very overwhelmed by this news, face lighting up into a generous flush as he tried to learn how tot speak again. "U-Um I-I'm Midoriya.."

Todoroki talked about him? She said she was his childhood friend, right? Was that why? He didn't see them at the entrance exam, how were they here? Maybe in a different district? Or were they special students-?

"..mumbling again.." Todoroki told him after a few seconds which very quickly shut him up as he flushed more, shifting from foot to foot.

"O-Oh! Sorry!" he blabbered out bashfully.

Momo laughed again, finding their interaction cute. She knew Todoroki for the longest of time so it was kind of refreshing he was willing to communicate with someone else, and this was still more then he gave her more then half of the time. They really only knew each other because both of their families were rich.

Then she noticed it.

His tail around Izuku's leg.

Momo gasped ever so slightly, eyes moving back to the haflie who was moving his head closer to Izuku who gladly took that as a sign to scratch behind his ears.

He didn't even bite his hand? Whaaaattttt?

How special was this Midoriya?!
