Niall's POV

I laid there in my bed deadly, watching the empty ceiling above me. I really don't know what's happening to me.

It's like, my stomach is hurting me so much. It's killing me! I didn't even eat anything wrong. Or is it the sex I had with Harry? Nah shucks, that can't be, we do it a lot. But why this time? It's really weird.

"Oiii" I growl in pain as I feel the cramps in my back. What the hell is going on? I still refuse to go to the doctors, but this is really weird now!

"Niall?" I heard the beautiful voice of my boyfriend calling.

"Yeah?" This came out above from a whisper.

"Is everything alright?" He sat beside me, stroking my blonde locks.

"Just some cramps" I respond

"Cramps?" Harry seemed confused.

"Uh, yeah?" I wasn't unsure if he's worried or scared.

"But cramps come when you do a hard exercise" Harry stated and I shrug.

"Did you do any work outs?" He asked making me shake my head.

"Well, that's strange" a knock -no a lot of knocks- came banging on the door downstairs.

"Stay right here" Harry pulled the covers more up my body, as I curl in a ball trying to find warmth.

"Niall!!" Louis' squeal. That's for sure.

"My little Nialler. He's.. He's-" Louis fake cried on Liam's shoulder, causing Zayn to chuckle and Liam to roll his eyes.

"I am not dead Lou" I chuckle whilst he smiled at me.

"Why won't you go to the hospital, Niall?" Liam asked.

"I hate these places" I said.

"He told me he has cramps" Harry blurts out and the three look at him in a confused way.

"Cramps?" They say together and look at each other, totally confused.

"Girls only have cramps!" Louis announced and I sigh. I don't think I am a girl.

"On their periods" Louis adds trying to be funny.

"Lou, shut up. Maybe he worked out-"Zayn was cut of by Harry.

"He didn't work out" they seem amused.

"We have to go to the doctors" Liam said, sighing.

"I am sorry Niall but this is really creepy. We have to know what's wrong" Lima apologized and I sigh.

"Ok" I said.

"I'll help him get dressed, while you guys go downstairs" Harry said and the boys obey. While they walked out the room, Harry grabbed a sweatpants and sweatshirt for me.

"Is it because what happened yesterday?" Harry asked and I shrug.

"I didn't use a condom" Harry bit his lip nervously and I chuckle, peeking his lips.

"Don't worry. It'll be fine" I said calmly smiling whilst he frowned at.

"I am really sorry. I won't do it again"

"Don't be. It was amazing last night" I smiled and he gave me a weak smile, as he dressed me up.

"Well. Mr. Horan this seems really strange" doctor Arnold said.

"What's wrong doctor?" Harry asked as he leaned forward a bit.

"The tests say that there is something weird in Niall now" he looked at the papers again.

"What does that mean?" I asked.

"I'll have to ask doctor Will. Excuse me boys" the doctor walked out of the room.

"I'm right here,ok? Don't panic" Harry held my hand, giving me a gentle squeeze.

"Thank you" I sighed as a new doctor came in.

"Hello boys. I am doctor Will. So,um... Niall's situation seems strange, but we will test again to make sure. Will you please excuse us Mr. Styles?" He asked politely and Harry stands up, not before giving me a gentle kiss on the forehead and walking out of the room.

"Mr. Horan..." Doctor Will looks at the paper again.

"What do you feel?" He asked me and I sigh.

"In the morning I felt cramps in the back of my spine and it really hurts. And I also threw up a lot" he puts a finger on his chin.

"Hmmm..."

"Maybe I know your situation, please relax"

I get anxious every minute passes by.

"Congratulations Mr. Styles and Mr. Horan. We did some few tests and it's been proved. I hope you don't get upset because of this. I suggest, you go back home and open this letter. It will be fine. Here is some pills to help your cramps ease down Mr. Horan" Doctor Will shots us a kind smile as we return it gratefully. But I was still confused.....

"Thank you doc" Harry said, holding me tightly.

"That was weird" Louis exclaimed.

"Really...." Liam and Zayn say together.

"I think we will leave you guys, to this" Zayn said and we nod.

"Bye"

"Bye"
