Jisoo is riding her Vespa to Jennie's house, with a smile plastered on her face. They have been hanging out for the past two weeks, and today Jisoo will bring her to the beach she used to go with her grandparents.
If you guys saying that they are dating, the answer is no. Or maybe... Not yet.
After the drama happened, Jennie ran towards Jisoo and hug her while bawl herself out, she keeps telling how idiot she was for saying those disgusting and awful words towards Jisoo. She admits that she likes Jisoo's presence because she never felt being cared for like that before.
Flashback on
"Jisoo..." her arms wrapped around Jisoo waist, her face fell on the latter's back, crying endlessly. Jisoo stumbled a bit, surprised by the sudden action, but she remained silent, her brain telling her to leave Jennie alone, but her heart tells her otherwise.
"Jisoo... I'm a jerk I knew... But I didn't mean any of it... Please... Forgive me..." Jennie let out the words between the sobs. Jisoo couldn't stand it anymore, fighting her mind, she turned her back returning the hug, caressing the latter back gently but she stayed voiceless.
Jennie snuggled more into the latter embrace, inhaling Jisoo soft scents. She loves it. But after a moment, Jisoo stopped stroking her back, bringing Jennie back into reality. She was about to pull away when the girl tighten the hug, not wanting to let her go. Jennie was stunned by the unexpected act, but she smiled a little, feeling that Jisoo forgive her.
But the smile faded away when she felt the wetness on her back. She was going to let go of the hug but Jisoo insisted to stay in that position by holding her tightly. Jennie worried that she was the cause of the sudden tears, you could see the anxiety plastered on Jennie's face.
"I miss her," Jisoo whispered in a fragile voice.
Hearing that voice, Jennie couldn't help but being cracked again. She hates seeing Jisoo in this situation, she hates seeing this side of Jisoo, she wants her cheerful Jisoo back. She hates it when she couldn't face her beautiful angelic face. She hates it very much.
Knowing who Jisoo represents to, Jennie instantly did what Jisoo did to her earlier.
"She's the one who taught me to fight for what I want, she's the one who asked me to be who I am, how could I survive without her, Jen? How?" Jisoo murmured in a painful voice, breaks Jennie's heart again.
She couldn't hold her tears anymore, but she mentally warned herself that she needs to keep it
"I- I'm here Jisoo... I'm here" trying to control herself, she tries to assure Jisoo that everything will be okay, whispering comfort words, until she finally feels the ease of Jisoo's breath and body.
She could feel Jisoo taking a deep breath before pulling away from the embrace, facing her with puffy eyes and a soft smile that could make people fall for her. Jisoo wiped Jennie's tears with her thumbs, still smiling.
"Aigoo, I'm the one who should be comforted by you, but now I'm comforting you" Jisoo chuckled making Jennie smile.
Realizing how close they are, Jisoo takes a step back not aware of the sudden drop of Jennie's face.
Running her nape, Jisoo smiled awkwardly before opening her mouth again,
"Hehe, thank you, for erm- hearing my erm- sudden confession, you- you should enjoy the holidays with your friends, but I guess, I make you stuck here, sorry"
Jisoo bowed politely, making Jennie hurt again, she feel like she was having a conversation with a stranger. She was about to say something, but Jisoo interrupted her by pulling her down to sit on the bench, next to her with a wide gap between them.
