Time.

The indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole.

Sometimes, time is good and other times it's bad. In this particular situation, time is an ass. Only two months left to live. 61 days, 8 weeks, 1460 hours, 86700 minutes. And within this short amount of time I need to kill Enzo, get Jordan and Care married, and figure out where and how I want my death.

But on the bright side, I still have 61 more mornings to be able to wake up to my Ace. 61 more days to give him all of my love. 61 more days to live life with no regrets.

All my life i've been stuck between fucking everyone and staying isolated or meet everyone and get attached. But, I don't wanna die with regrets so I did the dumb thing. Get everyone attached and get myself attached as well.

Good going stupid, great fucking job.

I was up at the crack of dawn and got all my paperwork and reports done about yesterday's task while everyone is still fast asleep. The silence of the morning leaving me to be consumed by the volume of my thoughts. Fuck this.

"Tree" I say softly brushing my thumb along the stubble of his jawline. "Wake up I'm bored."

"Five more minutes" he mutters into the pillow. "Wake up or else i'm hooking up with Alec and Zayn" this better get him up.

And it did.

"You wouldn't dare" he says lowly rolling his eyes at me. "Yay you're up" I cheer smiling down at him. "I hate you" he mutters closing his eyes again. "I'm gonna tell everyone what you said while drunk."

His eyes flash open looking at me with his brows furrowed. "I thought you were" he stops with a smirk. "Tell them, tell them how much I love you."

I want to slap him across the face and kiss him at the same time.

"Get uppp please I'm so bored" I whine tugging on his arm. "Shut up and let me sleep before I throw you out the window" he groans turning away from me. "Throw me out the window, and i'll throw you 6 feet underground."

He turns and looks up at me with wide eyes while his lips form a smirk. "Only if you let me be 8 inches deep."

Huh what does he mea- oh lord please forgive me for my ears have heard sinful words.

I look down at him throwing my hand over my mouth to cover my gasp. "Ace what the hell" I exclaim hitting him with a pillow. "Worth a shot."

"Fuck you" I mutter under my breath standing up to leave. "As you wish" he says swiftly pulling me back on the bed hovering over me. "Not what I meant Tree."

"Mhm" he hums kissing down my neck slipping his hand under my shirt as I suck in a breath.

It's not him, it's Ace. You're safe, he's gone. You killed him. The first of many souls you've taken.

"Aura" he questions softy looking down at me. Shit I dozed out. "I'm sorry" I say not able to bring myself to look him in the eye. He opens his mouth but shuts it pulling me into his arms rolling to the side holding me in such a manner that's I never wanna leave him.

But I have to.

"I wanna take you to meet someone today, get up" I murmur into his chest. "No my head hurts, i'm sleeping until i'm 20" he mumbles not letting me go. Should I pinch him? I'm gonna pinch him. "Shit what the hell" he groans lifting his arm up for a split second but just enough so I can get up. "Pills on the nightstand with water be down in 10" I say leaving the room as I hear him fall back down on the mattress. Ugh this lazy bitch.
