"I'm so excited!" Andi exclaimed, dragging her chair over to Lilac's desk and seating herself. "Finally, a peek into where all the magic happens. Where 'the boys' drag my best friend during any given hour of the day." Lilac smiled as she loaded into the SMP.
Andi had asked Lilac to show her around the server for a little bit, as she was curious hearing all of this stuff about wars and lore and cobblestone towers and vengeful pigs. She knew that Lilac didn't want to get involved with the lore, but she did want to see where everything was happening, so Lilac offered to get in-game and show her around. Neither of them had much schoolwork to do, so they could take their time and really look around.
"Woah," Andi said, leaning forward in her chair once Lilac loaded in. She hadn't realized the scale to which some of the builds had been built. Minecraft was a game that often evaded her, and she tended to forget just how much could be accomplished with multiple people, thousands of blocks, and unparalleled imagination.
"I know," Lilac agreed, grinning as she planned out the tour route in her head. "And this isn't even it. Just wait until you see-"

"...What?" Lilac said, looking at the in-game chat. "I'm going to assume those coordinates aren't for me."
"They are," Andi informed her, smiling as she stood from her chair. "Press tab." Lilac did as she was told, seeing that only four people were online- the boys and herself.
"I suppose you should get to it," Andi continued, standing up.
"How'd you know that?" Lilac asked, and Andi shook her head cryptically, standing and taking her chair by the back.
"Andiocracy finds away," She responded cryptically, walking back to her own desk and dragging her chair back with her. She winked at Lilac before settling in her chair, putting on headphones and unlocking her own computer.
"Okay, I guess they are for me," Lilac mumbled to herself, turning back to her screen and pulling up the coordinate system. "I guess I should head over there. Andi, do I even want to know why you know that?"
"Think about who exactly dropped those coords in the chat," Andi said, and Lilac looked back. The boys, of course.
"Okay, but what does that have to do with anything? I didn't even know you guys talked," Lilac said, still confused.
"We don't, that's the point," Andi said as Lilac spammed her spacebar as she made her way to the coordinates. "The only thing that connects them and me is you."
"Well, what do I have to do with this? What did I do?" Lilac asked, and Andi looked at her like she was crazy.
"Lilac, today is your 21st birthday," Andi said slowly, and Lilac whipped her head toward Andi.
"Wait," Lilac said, and she pulled her computer calendar up. Indeed it was- the square for 30th of November was flashing blue with a little cake emoji on top. Even her computer had been wishing her a happy birthday.
"Happy birthday!" Four voices yelled at once to Lilac's left. She jumped, pulling her headphones off and looking over at Andi, who was grinning like the Cheshire cat. Wordlessly, she turned her monitor to face Lilac, where she saw the three boys' cameras on in a Discord call. All of them waved, and Lilac did too, a grin spreading across her face.
"What... is happening?" Lilac giggled as Andi invited her to the call. Lilac turned her camera on, greeting the boys properly.
"It's your birthday, is what's happening!" George said cheerily.
