~ fitz and the tantrums
"Yeah, sorry, I was busy fighting Voldemort away from the school, no big deal, really"

Third Person POV
Harry and (Y/N) spent a lot of time dodging out of sight whenever Gilderoy Lockhart came around a corridor. In Harry's opinion, even harder to avoid was Colin Creevey, who memorized Harry and (Y/N)'s schedule. Nothing seemed to give Colin a bigger thrill than to say, "All right, Harry and (Y/N)?" six or seven times a day and hear, "Hello, Colin," back from either (Y/N) or Harry.
Hedwig was still mad at Harry about the disastrous car ride but seemed to forgive (Y/N), seeing as every time she turned up, she would go to (Y/N) and give Harry a side-eye.
Ron's wand was still malfunctioning, surpassing itself on Friday morning by shooting out of Ron's hand in Charms and hitting Professor Flitwick squarely between the eyes.
When the weekend came around, Harry was relieved because he was planning a peaceful trip to Hagrid's with Ron, (Y/N), and Hermione. However, Harry was shaken away several hours earlier than he would have liked by Oliver Wood, captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team.
"Whassamatter?" asked Harry groggily.
"Quidditch practice!" said Wood. "Come on!"
Harry squinted at the window. There was a thin mist hanging across the pink-and-gold sky.
"Oliver," Harry croaked. "It's the crack of dawn."
"Exactly," said Wood. "None of the other teams have started training yet; we're going to be first off the mark this year --"
Yawning and slightly shivering, Harry climbed out of bed and tried to find his Quidditch robes.
"Good man," said Wood. "Meet you on the field in fifteen minutes."
When he'd found his scarlet team robes and pulled on his cloak for warmth, Harry scribbled a note to Ron explaining where he'd gone and went down the spiral staircase to the common room. When he reached the common room, (Y/N) was there at the same time, yawning and stretching herself awake.
"Did Oliver wake you up, too?" asked Harry.
"Actually, Katie did," said (Y/N), rubbing her eyes. She was talking about Katie Bell, it hadn't occurred to Harry that boys weren't exactly allowed in the girls' dormitories.
Before Harry could respond, Colin Creevey appeared around the corner, his camera swinging madly around his neck and something clutching in his hand.
"I heard someone saying your name on the stairs, Harry! Oh and (Y/N)'s here too, perfect! Look what I've got here! I've had it developed, I wanted to show you two --"
The photo was moving, as Colin wanted. A black-and-white photo, where Lockhart was tugging hard on Harry's arm, (Y/N) was looking uncomfortable in Lockhart's arm.
"Will you sign it?" said Colin eagerly.
"No," said Harry flatly, but he felt (Y/N)'s arm nudge him and he saw her face. "Sorry, Colin, I'm in a hurry -- Quidditch practice --"
They climbed out the portrait hole.
"Oh, wow! Wait for me! I've never watched a Quidditch game before!"
Colin scrambled behind them through the hole.
"You two were the youngest House players in a hundred years, weren't you two? Weren't you?" said Colin, trotting alongside them. "You two must be brilliant. I've never flown. Is it easy? Is that your own broom? Is that the best one there is?"
