Its Time - Part 1

*Hey you guys. I owe you a big apology! I know it is later than expected. Work and School take up most of my hours but I promise I'm back at it. I'm actually writing this part at work heheh. Here is part one of the birth and I should have the second part by Saturday. What do you guys think? Should i continue GGS or try something new? "Twins?? Twins! Oh lord of CTF" Shangyan was at his buddy Solo's office. Solo was the manager for the CTF team SP. Solo was barely holding his laughter behind his coffee cup. After years and years of seeing Han Shangyan fight for family. Here he is now panicking over the one he created.

"It's not that I'm not happy" confined Shangyan. "But twins? Poor Tong Nian she's so little. And what if she regrets the kids. We have so much going on already with the clubs and the team. How are we gonna watch and raise twins during this time..why are you still laughing!" He growled.

Solo finally composed himself. "Don't get all angry with me. You came to my office. Now you know you do not have to handle this alone. And twins are great. More children to teach your love of CTF. A girl for you to spoil. And a boy to pass on your name. You literally did everything right. Why so scared?"

Shangyan groaned in frustration, putting his head in his hands. "I don't think I have enough time for all of them. What if the team thinks I'm abandoning them. But I can't put raising the kids all on Tong Nian. She even managed to graduate during all this. I don't know how she's not worried. I'm very unprepared.."

"You think I was prepared? My daughter was already a few years old when I found out about her. At least you can experience it from the beginning." Solo realized his advice was not helping. Shangyan looks as pale as freshly cooked rice. He wasn't hearing anything Solo was saying.

"Well. At least you get to look forward to the presents. Aren't you guys going to the reveal today? The babies are due soon. People want to know. The only ones who knew were him, Han Shangyan, and of course Tong Nian.

"We're supposed to have the shower today but I don't know if she is up for it. She's supposed to be on best rest. Her due date is only a few weeks away"

"I'm sure all will go well" reassured Solo. The two brothers fell into a somewhat comfortable silence. Han Shangyan had become increasingly more paranoid and strict as the due date approached. The team was now suffering under their tense leader's care. One minute he's yelling at them to do better on their speed. The next he's having them run miles with the idea of "keeping healthy". It was a collective idea that the team and everyone around him hope the babies would be born quickly and smoothly. So they can have their leader back.

Back at the K&K headquarters. there was a baby shower underway. Pink and blue balloons coated the ceiling. Along with cake, cookies, and apples. There were baby-based games to make everyone laugh and in the middle of the setup was a beautiful white chair holding the now very pregnant Tong Nian. Unable to keep still on bed rest she compromised by staying put in the chair. From her declared throne, she helped direct and guide all that was needed for the celebration. from food to decorations. every time she tried to get up to help she was immediately scolded back. not that she could fight much being how tired she now was all the time.  Even guiding the team was exhausting her. 

"What the heck? Where did everyone go" Tong Nian opened her eyes, realizing she must have fallen asleep in her chair. The room was now empty. She assumed everyone was off getting ready for the party. The team knew sleep has been difficult for her the past few months so it was now a cardinal rule to never wake her up. she noticed an extra box of streamers laying around. getting up slowly she made her way to the box.  Carefully she tried to bend to retrieve it. That did not work. She twisted to the side seeing if she could grab it for that angle. This also did not work.

"Come on little ones work with me" it seemed every angle she tried she could not get enough grip and every time she tried to move back upward her belly was in the way. She gave up after. Tired again she slowly made her way to sit on the floor. The cool tile and familiar sound of computers running embrace her senses.  "Few more weeks..few more weeks till I get to meet you." she lovingly ran her hand on her belly. "wait till you meet your dad. he looks a little angry" she whispered "but I know he will love you. Because he loves me" 

Tong Nian thought back over the past year about how her life had changed so much. Not only had she finished school. She was married, she was a part of K&K and most importantly she was the wife of Han Shangyan. The one member of team Solo who denounced love and relationships in favor of championships. the one who never expected to marry. Let alone start a family. 

Lost in her own thoughts Tong Nian barely registered the slight pain she was feeling in her lower torso. Pushing it away she focused on how she was going to get up off the floor. Thanks to the twins her balance was very off these days. It made it almost impossible for her to get up by herself. The pain hit again but sharper this time. Again Tong Nian pushed it away. Holding on to a steel beam for the support she pulled herself halfway up. Stopping to take a breath. She pulled herself up the rest of the way, mentally cheering for making it up by herself. it wasn't normal for her to need help. She was a genius in her own right. A Prodigy. But even geniuses need help when they are almost full-term with twins.

She began to walk toward her and Shangyans room when the pain hit its hardest so far. Tong Nian let out a yell as the pain hit once more. "Oh No!" she held on to her stomach in fear. "Help Help! Demo! One! Grunt! someone!" 

The pain hit again as the dorm doors slammed open. Tong  Nian grunted determined not to look as weak or as scared as she felt.  Surprisingly it was Wu Bai, Han Shangyans younger brother who got to her first. He immediately looked her over "what's wrong?" he said in a low voice as not to worry the rest of the team who was gathering. 

"Wheres my husband?" Tong Nian held onto her stomach still not fully sure if she was okay.  Wu Bai in response told her how he went out with Solo today for some first-time father advice. This was not what she wanted to hear. "I think something's wrong. I'm getting sharp pain. I don't know what it means." Just saw Wu Bai was ready to respond with guesses, Tong Nian almost doubled over in pain, and in turn, they got their answer. By the time the team had gotten to them, there was water all on the floor, Tong Nian's slippers, and Wu Bais Sneakers. Her water broke! 

Wu Bai immediately took charge. "Demo go to Bosses room and get her hospital bag! One go start the car! Grunt call Boss! Tong Nian stay with me, it's going to be okay"

"It's too early! Were not ready! Where is Han Shangyan?!" she was starting to panic. There were so many fears. What if they weren't healthy? what if her husband won't love them. Scared so Scared. 

Wu Bai with the help of One lifted Tong Nian and carried her to the car. Wu Bai sat in the driver's seat with One on the passenger side. Grunt was next to Tong Nian, calling Solo and the Boss with both phones going to voicemail. Now that she knew she was in labor the pain made a lot more sense. Demo sat on Tong Nian's other side. Holding her hand and looking worriedly as she braced herself for another contraction.

The team set off. With no such luck of getting ahold of the boss. What's going to happen if Han Shangyan misses the birth of his kids!?
