Added Scenes - continuing the story

The Competition- Part 1

It's had been about 11 months since the twins were born. In that time our favorite couple has finally caught up on sleep. Also at the time, K&K have begun the path to the championship once again. This story takes place the night before the finals. We are back!

If anyone understood the pain of traveling it was Tong Nian. The young mother of two was quickly going through her list trying to get herself, the twins, and Han Shangyan ready for their flight. They didn't leave for another half hour but they had been hard-pressed to get ready. Thank god the children had slept through the night and were on schedule for their nap. Tong Nian timed it, to coordinate with how long they would be on the flight. As she strapped in her baby boy, she decided it was the perfect time to check on her husband who was were taking their daughter into her carrier.

Han Shangyan was struggling with the straps of the carrier. His excited daughter was making do with grab fist fulls of his jet black hair. It was longer now than it had been when they met. Becoming parents left little time for him to get his regular haircuts. Not that Tong Nian complained. She always loved his hair.

Both of the babies were dressed in matching K&K onesies. There was no doubt who's team the children belonged to. Nian Nian was back to her favorites skirts and K&K hoodie. Looking healthier and happier. While she hasn't had much time to code since starting her journey into motherhood. She did not feel unfulfilled. Taking into fact that she completed many projects and even got her degrees before having the twins. she was sure that once the kids were settled in school she would be able to return to her career. Ready to once again brace the world with her amazing mind and coding ability. But for now, being a wife to her Gun God and mom to her beautiful twins was enough. 

Nian Nian walked over to her struggling husband. a smile on her face, while holding back her laughter. "Do you require assistance husband?" she gently untangle her daughter's fingers from Shangyans hair. His flushed face and furrowed browns softened at the sound of his beloved Squid's voice.  He watched as she quickly and efficiently distracted their daughter and get her strapped in. Adorable coos came from the carrier. 

"What would I do without my amazing wife?" after setting the carrier next to each other he pulled her in for a hug with a kiss on her forehead. Ever since they got married he became more and more affectionate. Not so much in public minus almost never letting go of her hand. But at home, he would never pass by her without a kiss or a hug. It was as if all the affection he withheld with his dark demeanor was gone now that he was a husband. Nian Nian for one was not complaining. They stayed like that for a few minutes, enjoying each other presence before the chaos began again. 

This would be their first time traveling with the twins to a competition. Their first public appearance as a family. It was a big time for all of them. The E-Sports world was about to meet the "Gods Family". Articles posted by the ESports netizens had begun calling them that. A play on words for the Gun God. Rumors and news had been posted all week leading up to the competition. Some mentioned Han Shangyans Cousin Wu Bai who recently married SPs Appledog, a former original member of Team Solo. How Little Mi another original member had recently announced his engagement to a former fan. Said fan was actually a close friend of Nian Nian. How Little Squid herself would be returning to the music world. Kicking off the beginning of the competition season by singing the CTF Groups theme song, live for the first time ever. But the biggest event was the reveal of GunGods family and the return of K&K. "Would they be ready to win the championship again?"

Their moment of silence was gone as the sound of a horn honking alerted the family. with a small shared smile they pciked up their children and the bags out to the K&K tour bus. The team was already there smiling and cooing at their youngest team member. Nain Nian setled into her seat saftey straped in the children and looked up at her husband who now commaded attention on the moving bus. He waited for the noise to die down before he spoke in his clear calm voice.

"We are K&K. We are champions." Began Han Shangyan. "We have preapared, we have trained. While there is chnage now and going foreward. Nothing will stop up from gaining glory. For our Family! For our team! For K&K and For China!"

The team roared in approval claps. A short speech but all the needed to be sai was spoken. Han Shangyan looked in hapiness to his team, his wife and his family. He knew going foreward that this championship would be theres. Hell or High Water.

HI everyone im back! sorry for the haitus. im finish my undergrade. Planning my wedding and I Just got accepted to grad school. I am busy but im happy to be back. I hope you enjoy this first begining chapter <3
