Empire Day/Part 1

In the Lothalian town of Jhothal, Hera, Zeb, Luna, and Sabine walk to Old Jho's Pit Stop, but Sabine stops to watch Kanan teaching Ezra a lesson on connecting with other beings in a nearby field. Once Hera, Zeb, Luna, and Sabine arrive at Old Jho's Pit Stop, they find a table to sit at. Not even a few minutes, three TIE fighters land in Jhothal and the three pilots enter Old Jho's Pit Stop while one of the TIE pilots gazes at Hera, Zeb, Luna and Sabine.

Another TIE pilot says "Over here."

All the TIE pilots surrender a Rodian patron while Kanan and Ezra go over to the long table, where Old Jho is.

One of the pilots walks over to Old Jho and says "The Imperial HoloNet broadcast should play here at all times!"

Old Jho says "No one's requested it for, well, ever."

The pilot says "It's the law."

Old Jho turns on the Imperial HoloNet and a male announcer says "...because today is Empire Day, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the galaxy's salvation, when our great Emperor Palpatine ended the Clone Wars and founded our glorious Empire. On Lothal, Governor Pryce has commissioned a parade."

A pilot says "You heard the man! Raise your cups to Emperor..."

The Imperial HoloNet gets interrupted by Gall Trayvis and says "Citizens, this is Senator-in-Exile Gall Trayvis. I bring more news the Empire doesn't want you to hear. I urge you to boycott all Empire Day celebrations to protest the ongoing injustices of the Imperial regime."

A pilot says "Shut it off!"

Old Jho says "Can't. It's the law."

The pilot says "We're done here."

All three of the TIE pilots leave and take off with the TIE fighters. Old Jho shuts off the Imperial HoloNet while Hera, Zeb, Luna, and Sabine walk over to Old Jho, Kanan, and Ezra.

Kanan says "TIE pilots on search patrols? What's going on?"

Old Jho says "Imperials have locked down the ports and put Destroyers in orbit. It's a full planetary blockade."

Kanan says "They're after a Rodian."

Luna says "Just be glad they're not after us for once."

Kanan says "With what we've got planned for today's parade, they'll be after us again tomorrow."

Ezra says "Well, you're gonna have to do it without me."

Ezra gets up from his chair and Kanan does too.

Kanan says "Where do you think you're going?"

Ezra says "I just need to be alone. Today has brought back some memories." And walks out of Old Jho's Pit Stop.

At Night

The Imperials stage a parade of Imperial Troop Transports and AT-DP walkers through the streets of Capital City.

Kanan, Hera, Zeb, Luna, and Sabine run into an alley and Kanan says "Okay, let's start the celebration."

Sabine says "Copy that. Commencing festivities."

Zeb, Luna, and Sabine run towards the crowd while Kanan and Hera run towards the other way.

Minister Tua says, over the PA "Lothal is just as important to our Empire as any world in the galaxy. And she wanted me to show you why. Citizens, I present you with the latest vessel from Lothal's Imperial shipyards, the Sienar Systems advance TIE starfighter! And who better to take this beauty on her maiden voyage than one of the best Imperial pilots on Lothal, Baron Valen Rudor."

Sabine says, to Zeb "Okay, when I say now, throw this as high as you can."

Sabine throws Zeb a detonator and it beeps.

Zeb and Luna say "Okay. Now?"

It beeps faster and Zeb and Luna say "Now?"

It beeps even faster and Zeb and Luna say "Now?"

Sabine says "Now."

Zeb throws the detonator into the sky and it blows up into fireworks.

Sabine hands Zeb another detonator and says "Another?"

Zeb says "Don't mind if I do."

Zeb throws it into the sky and it blows up into fireworks too. Then, all of a sudden, the TIE Advanced v1's platform explodes.

Zeb, Luna, and Sabine say "Yeah!"

Zeb laughs and him, Luna, and Sabine run towards Kanan and Ezra.

Zeb says "Nice of you to join us, kid."

Sabine says "Hey, where were you?"

Ezra says "Why? Did you miss me?"

Zeb says "Yeah, right."

Kanan, Zeb, Luna, Sabine, and Ezra stop and Zeb spots Agent Kallus.

Zeb grabs his bo rifle and says "Been spoilin' to finish things with Agent Kallus."

Zeb points his bo rifle at Agent Kallus and Kanan says "Hey, if you want to take somebody out, take out that guy!"

Zeb groans and says "Fine."

Zeb points at the Inquisitor and shoots at him, but he misses. Kanan, Zeb, Luna, Sabine, and Ezra run into the crowd and rounded a corner.

Kanan says, into the commlink "Spectre-2, we're en route to the rendezvous."

Hera says, over the commlink "Negative, Spectre-1. The streets are blocked. I cannot, repeat, cannot reach rendezvous."

Ezra says "I know a place we can hole up still things calm down. But Shoulders here might have a problem taking my route."

Kanan says "Then we need another option."

Zeb says "Nah, it's fine."

Zeb says, into the commlink "Spectre-2, can you make it to the Old Market?"

Hera says, over the commlink "Affirmative."

Zeb says "Me and Luna are on our way."

Zeb says, to Luna "Get on my back."

Luna gets on Zeb's back and Zeb starts to climb up a wall.

Sabine says "Be careful the both of you."

Luna says "We will. And you guys be careful too."
