Star Wars Rebels: Family

Idiot's Array/Part 1

Kanan, Zeb, Luna, and Chopper are at Old Jho's Pit Stop. Kanan is at the table, where Old Jho is, while Zeb is playing Sabacc with a Rodian and a stranger and Luna is sitting next to Zeb and Chopper is beside Zeb.

Chopper gibbers and Zeb says "Right. Like I'd let a droid tell me how to play Sabacc. I'm in."

Zeb puts the rest of his money in the center of the table and Chopper angrily chatters. The stranger puts his money in the center of the table too. The Rodian throws his cards and leaves the table while Kanan walks over to Zeb, Luna, and Chopper.

Zeb says "Guess it's down to you and me. Except...it seems I'm all outta creds. So, I'll bet my droid."

Chopper grunts and Kanan says "Whoa. You can't bet Chopper. He's..." And whistles.

Zeb say "See? I can't lose. And you know we need the credits."

Kanan says "Right."

Chopper grunts and Kanan says "Do it."

Luna says "I think you both are making a mistake on this one."

Chopper chatters, angrily, and Zeb says "So, do we have a bet?"

The stranger laughs and says "We do."

Zeb says "Sabacc!"

Zeb shows his cards and he laughs and says "I win."

The stranger says "Not so fast. It appears I have an Idiot's Array."

The stranger shows his cards and Chopper hits his head, repeatedly, on the table.

The stranger says "Which makes you, well..."

Zeb growls and says "And what does that make you?"

The stranger says "Name's Calrissian. Lando Calrissian. Now please, introduce me to my new droid."

Luna says "I knew it was a mistake for you two to bet off Chopper."

Later, Kanan, Zeb, Luna, Chopper, and Lando arrive at the Ghost, where Hera, Sabine, and Ezra are waiting for them in the cargo hold.

Chopper gibbers, in anger, while getting on the Ghost.

Zeb and Luna walk into the Ghost and Zeb says "Hi. I can explain."

Hera says "Explain what?"

Kanan and Lando walk into the Ghost and Kanan says "Hera, Sabine, Ezra. This is Lando Calrissian. He needs a fast ship to move some cargo past the Imperial blockade of Lothal."

Lando says "Yes. For some reason, this planet has an unusually large Imperial presence. But are you sure you can get this vessel past the blockade, Captain...Hera, is it?"

Hera says "It is. And the Ghost can mask both its signal and signature. We'll get you past the blockade. What's the cargo?"

Lando says "I was told no questions asked."

Hera says "That's fine. It just costs more."

Lando says "Kanan and I already settled on a price. But I assume he requires your approval."

Hera says "He doesn't."

Lando says "Excellent. When the job's done, you'll be paid handsomely, and, as agreed, I'll return your droid."

Hera says "Return our...droid?"

Chopper chatters, angrily, and smacks Zeb's leg.

Zeb says "Uh, yeah. Funny story. You see, Lando and I were playing Sabacc, and I kinda...bet Chopper."
