Secret Cargo/Part 2

Zeb and Luna are in the top gun and the Ghost and Y-wings come out of hyperspace and approach the Archeon Nebula. Not long after, a cruiser and a hyperdrive-equipped TIE Defender exit hyperspace.

The TIE pilot says, over the comm "Attention, rebel ship, this is Commander Valt Skerris at the Imperial Navy. You are harboring a traitor to the Empire. Surrender immediately."

A Y-wing goes after the TIE, but the TIE wipes out the Y-wing and another one with his turbolaser cannon. The Ghost go into the Archeon Nebula with the three remaining Y-wings following the Ghost. Zeb shoots at the TIE, but is unable to damage it.

Zeb says, into the PA "Those shields are too strong."

Now accompanied by a pair of TIE Interceptors, the TIE Defender continues to pursue the Ghost. Hera takes the Ghost in close to one of the forming stars and one of the TIE Interceptor is destroyed by the intense heat of the protostar. Zeb shoots at the other TIE Interceptor as the TIE Interceptor tries to break off.

Zeb says "No, you don't."

Zeb manages to shoot the TIE Interceptor and it goes down. The Ghost exits the Archeon Nebula pass, only to be intercepted by two Imperial Star Destroyers that have emerged from hyperspace.

Zeb says, into the PA "Hera, got a new problem. Two of'em."

As the rebels try to fix the Ghost, the Ghost gets drawn into Pyrce's Star Destroyer's hangar bay.

Luna says, into the PA "Hera, what's the plan?"

Hera says, over the PA "We're not going to be able to break free. I'm sorry, Senator. I'm going to have to shut her down."

The two Y-wings come out of the Archeon Nebula and they shoot at the Star Destroyers. The tractor beam is disable and the Ghost flees into hyperspace with the two Y-wings behind the ship. The Ghost and the two Y-wings exit the hyperspace and reach the planet Dantoonie. Hera, Senator Mon Mothma, Chopper, and the female pilot are in the lounge as Luna and Zeb climb down the ladder and Captain Vander and Ezra walk into the lounge.

Captain Vander says "Phoenix Leader, that was some of the best fighting I've ever seen."

Hera says "I could say the same, Gold Leader."

The female pilot says "Kid, you can fly in my squadron any day."

Erskin walks into the lounge and he says "We're coming up on the rendezvous point. Ready to transmit, Senator."

Senator Mon Mothma says "Let's just hope someone's listening."

All of them head to the cockpit and all of them either sit or stand.

Senator Mon Mothma says, into the HoloNet "This is Senator Mon Mothma. I've been called a traitor for speaking out against a corrupt Galactic Senate, a Senate manipulated by the sinister tactics of the Emperor. For too long, I've watched the heavy hand of the Empire strangle our liberties, stifling our freedoms in the name of ensuring our safety. No longer. Despite Imperial threats, despite the Emperor himself. I have no fear as I take new action. For I am not alone. Beginning today, we stand together as allies. I hereby resign from the Senate to fight for you. Not from the distant halls of politics, but from the front lines. We will not rest until we bring an end to the Empire, until we restore our Republic. Are you with me?"

After the speech, the rebels and Senator Mon Mothma initially see no response, but then a lone CR90 corvette jumps into the system.

Ezra says "Look!"

Many more ships of all kinds jump into the system and Ezra says "They came. Look how many there are."

Senator Mon Mothma says "This, my friends, this is our rebellion."
