                          EUROPE

𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐊𝐄 𝐔𝐏 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 shaggy eye bags forming under her eyes. A sleepless night went through, thinking Jacob was going to break into her room window and steal her once again. Her eyes went around the room, scanning everyone head to toe. She noticed Jacob was sitting in the back of the room, writing something down. Her eyes acknowledged his facial features.

The way he furrowed his eyebrows in concentration and the way his eyes strolled his paper seeing the details and the changes. Her heart skipped a beat when he looked up meeting her leer. She softly cleared her throat and looked back at her teacher.

The feeling when your body temperature heats up, your face feel hot and your ears ring, is what she felt like. As if her whole body was going to explode. She felt and she knew that he was staring at her, feeling his guilt run through her figure, as she cooled her body heat.

Rumbling crashed her thoughts as everyone in class looked over to the window, filling the sill with water. Water poured onto the ground, as the soft cool wind blew Loranne's hair. Her teacher stood up closing the window, sighing in relief.

As the bell rung, the school's board announced to be safe on the way home, due to fire clap thunder and lightning. It just happened to thunder and bolt lightning everyday in Windsor, Canada.

Loranne tied on her jacket, applying her hood over her small fragile head and heading out the door. As she walked to the bus stop, she appreciated all the little things around her. The rain droplets, clasps of thunder, the puddle forming as rain hit the ground, and the kids scattering out of school.

She sat down at her bus stop, as her mind zoned off. She felt water splash onto her face, seeing as her bus runs off the street.

"𝘞𝘈𝘐𝘛!", she yelled. The bus continued it's way.

She sighed in devastation, sitting back in her seat. Her hair was now soaking wet, as her pale face dripped with clear water. Loranne felt the seat tug, as a figure sat down. She looked over to find an unknown person.

Her hair was a light red, tinted pink cheeks, big glasses, soft colored blue eyes, and tints of grey freckles. She was beautiful in Anne's eyes.

"𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘴?", the girl asked softly looking at Loranne.

"𝗒𝖾𝖺𝗁", she sighed.

"𝘐'𝘮 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦", she stated proudly. It was a rare name for a girl, but a pretty one.

"𝘐'𝘮 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦", Anne replied smiling, shaking Europe's hand.

"Need a ride back home?", Europe asked

It wouldn't hurt to let a stranger her age take her home, right? Loranne left her Nonna a message letting her know where she was.

A worn off blue van drove into view, as the passenger window rolled down. A smiling woman with curly orange hair and a pearly white smile came into view.

"C'mon!", Europe said excitedly

She got in hand with Anne and tiptoed inside the car. Loranne gasped as the car warmth hit her cold skin.

"Hello, I'm Mary!", the lovely woman greeted.

"I'm Loranne!", Anne greeted happily.

The drive home felt warm and comfortable. She had met Europe's sisters, Antártica, Ant for short, who was a quiet girl who read all the time. And Asia who was an energetic girl with strawberry brown hair.

Anne felt relieved to arrive home safely, knowing she had made friends.

"Thank you Mary! See you at school guys."

All of them payed her their goodbyes and she parted ways out from the van and into her home.
