NAOMI was taking back by the sudden question the pink haired man had asked out of nowhere, he had on a smile yet her attention was on her unique scar, yet she brushed it off not wanting to make a bad impression as she only sighed, remembering the not so pretty memories flashing before her eyes as it almost resulted into the possible worst scenarios.

"i dont know but... i dont want them to fight because of me, i feel bad because ever since they met me i only made their lives worse and even sent them to juvie." she stared back to the ground, looking at her shoes as she didnt want to be judged by a stranger, but she lived in a world where billions of people reside, and that also included billions of opinions so she didnt have a choice but to face her mistakes from the past that kept haunting her.

sanzu haruchiyo wasnt someone to understand human emotions ever especially from a girl he never met before, yet judging from her face, actions and tone of voice he could sense she was miserable as fuck. his hunch was right as the very mention of the two brothers which were also his close co workers made her have mixed emotions and possibly remember things she was running away from. and he knew running away would just make it worse, a thought of wanting to help deep inside but he also didnt know how.

"that sucks." he huffed as he turned his attention to the stars instead since maybe staring at a girl made her uncomfy, running into his side pockets as she noticed he pulled out a small container.

"whats that? candy?" she asked, slightly tilting her head like a child making sanzu chuckle at the innosence.

"uh... kinda?" he smiled awkwardly as she watched him take out 5 pink tablets, making her curious once more as she extended her hand which made sanzu raise an eyebrow.

it made him laugh mentally, quickly realizing the reason of the brothers fancy towards the girl as he only expected her to be quite basic yet finding himself rather smitten instead.

"can i have some?"

"ya sure? you'll feel a little funny." the pink tablet stood between his thumb and pointer finger as he grinned at the curious girl yet finding herself nodding anyway. sanzu shrugging as he placed it on her small palm.

"dont worry, i wont tell them." she smiled as she tossed one inside her mouth like it was nothing and giving the man beside her a thumbs up. "pinky promise!" she then raised her smallest finger as sanzu plain stared at the girl with a what the fuck is that expression.

she laughed realizing he didnt get it, slowly grabbing his other hand as she made him raise his pinky as well and made them interwine, never in his life he thought he would never be nervous around a girl before that was most likely still a stranger yet she acted like theyve known each other for quite some time now.

"this is a pinky promise, if the person who made the promise breaks it then the other person gets to cut off their pinky." sanzu was taken back at she said those without hesitation and with a smile, he didnt know what to react since it was also the first a girl ever said something so casual to him.

"i'd love that." sanzu returned the smile, just then a familiar engine was heard from the distance as he was the only one that noticed. "anyways, i need to leave now since boss is probably waiting." he let go and stood up,brushing himself off before turning around.

"see ya later, omi." he raised his hand, the girl catching a small view of his side profile as she waved goodbye. his pink hair and short figure soon disappearing within the night like a shadow.
