-THEY stood dumbstruck at the cruelness of her voice making an imaginary sharp arrow hit them directly at their heart giving a sudden wave of stinging pain ー the type to emotionally tear you off to shreds that no bullet or punch could ever reach the level too. especially the words coming from the person youve least expected to say.
it hurt like a bitch.
"what are you talking about naomi?!" rindou's almost yell echoed through the deserted floor, his crystal eyes bore intensely at hers, and for the first time he concluded and read, he saw absolutely nothing. no light, anger, sorrow or desire he sought came a no show as the once cheerful gaze he always found peace to came in close to lifeless.
"are you deaf? i said the both of you disgust me, now go away." she shooed them off like stray dogs, the two read her like a complicated book yet her tone itself matched the new energy she gave away. for a split second not believing to themselves that for a short span a person changed just like the weather.
"nami-chan, what happened? lets talk it out." ran desperately yet gently held both arms of hers in place, forcing herself to face the two she swore to now despise. trying also in her might to be unaffected at rans soothing voice that felt none other than peace despite their actions of the opposite of the word itself.
though the two drowned in the counteless questions waiting for her to be asked they fought to do it any further as it wasnt convenient to pursue her in any way, like a different person was inside his grasp, the person who theyve looked for yet finding themselves being thrown away like childrens toys that they refuse to play anymore.
the female looked far serious displaying a stoic expression that she tried to make it blank yet failed to do so, the sight of the two most dangerous brothers around Japan stared at her with puppy eyes as even criminals like them still had the right to have such restful emotions some denied to validate.
"theres nothing to talk about, i dont want to be with dangerous people like you who do disgusting things." an arrow hit them again, slapping off the olders arms as she spoke with venom.
"the fuck are you talking about?! you said it was fine what path we chose." rindou tried to get a grasp of the situation at the sudden attitude she was giving yet it wasnt too late to give up now.
it made her eyes widen at his sudden words since it wasnt as aggresive as before, sincerity was laced along with a calming nature that she for sure didnt expect with them. a flash of the past waved within her, remembering the day the two talked about the two's doings that werent pleasing to hear nor see. it was vaguely true to the point yet she acted like no words were enough to let them convince her decision.
"i didnt mean that, and get your filthy hands off me!" she tugged away her arm from the pink haired man now, it made him upset like a child but also impatient at the fact that she was just playing hard to get.
about to turn around a hand then grabbed hers from behind, it made her heart stop for a moment as she felt a presence from behind, a tall one that is as its head placed on her shoulder, she knew who it was yet she refused to look at him any more.
"do you really mean what you said, nami-chan?" rans deep voice ringed her ears somewhat giving her goosebumps.
