"Alright girls I want a nice and friendly battle... WHO AM I KIDDING?! FIGHT WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE!" shouted Mr. Blaze as he flew up to perch himself on the bleachers.
"I honestly want to know how Neontra battles." whispered Hannah to Totem as all types of Pokemon gathered around the bleachers. The battle was about to start but Neontra was shaking violently. Neontra's eyes were wide open and her tail was flat on the floor. Solar flew over to Neontra and said, "Stop worrying so much! There's no need to be afraid after all I have no idea how you battle."
Neontra felt a little bit better but she was still worried about the battle. PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER GIRL! Neontra thought as she gently tapped her paw on her cheek. Solar floated back to the other side of the battle field so the battle could commence.
"Alright the battle will start in THREE...TWO...ONE... FIGHT!"
Solar lauched herself towards Neontra which caused the Espeon to lose her balance. Neontra tried to recover but Solar jumped off of her tail and pinned Neontra to the floor. The dust particles entered Neontra's eye making her temporarly blind.
"I thought she would have put up more of a fight." Hannah blurted out as she watched Solar prepare herself to use the move discharge. Even though Hannah was on Solar's side she couldn't help but feel sorry for Neontra.
'Is this the end? NO! I can't give up! Not yet!' thought Neontra then she positioned her hind legs on Solar's belly and pushed the Raichu off. Solar caught herself before she slammed into the floor.
Before Solar could attack her again, Neontra dashed towards her, flung her body into the air, and used shadowball.
The move made contact with Solar which caused a little cloud of smoke to appear. Neontra gracefully landed on the floor. After a few seconds of her landing, the Raichu was behind her.
"You're going to pay for that hit!" growled Solar as she grabbed Neontra by the tail and threw her towards the bleechers. Neontra used psychic to stop her in mid air.
'That was close' she sighed but it wasn't over yet. When Neontra looked at her opponent her mouth dropped. Solar was covered in a sheet of electricity and before Neontra could react Solar sent the electric waves towards her.
Neontra let out a agonising cry. She spat up some crimson fluid from her mouth before she stood up again.
"This battle will be harder than I thought" she grunted under her breath .
