Scott's POV:

I was laying down on my bed thinking about school and how I was ever going to make it out alive. My phone rang and I got up to see the bright screen showing me Brenda's name. I answered.

"Hell-"

"Scott, it's Stiles. He's gone."

"What do you mean he's gone?" I heard some struggling on the other  end then Lydia's voice was now on the line.

"He's what Brenda has been dreaming about."

"What had Brenda been dreaming about?" I was So confused. For a few seconds I didn't hear anything So I thought they hung up. I was gonna do the same when I heard Brenda speak.

"Just please come to the Library on 37th and Maple." Then she actually hung up. I didn't know what was going on, but I felt like it was nothing good. And it was about Stiles, my best friend. I had to go see. I put on a shirt and my black hoodie. Grabbing my keys, I remembered the address Brenda had told me. 37th and Maple. I left a note for my mother and jogged out of the door. The air felt frisky, and my heart started beating at an unsteady rate already. But it wasn't because of me jogging, I felt something. Something wasn't right.

I turned my head in all directions. No one was around. Houses were sleeping, animals were hiding where they wouldn't bother anyone. Yet I still felt something. An unsettling pit set in my stomach as I stopped in my tracks and closed my eyes.

"Scott."

I spun around to see Stiles laying behind a tree. His face had patches of dirt everywhere. His shirt was ripped and he had a stain of blood on his cheek.

"Stiles! What happened!?" I ran to his body and once more looked around to see if I could spot anything suspicions. He didn't look like he was doing too good at all. His body felt weak and limp. His eyes kept closing and opening in struggle. When I grabbed his hand to lift him up something stung my figures.

"Ah!" I looked at my hand and slowly, black liquid drained up my hand vessels. I tried again and the same thing happened.

"Stiles, what happened to you?"

He moaned in pain before he spoke. "I don't know. I woke up here and- " His face scrunched into a pained expression and then his lights went out.

"Stiles?" No answer.

"Stiles?.... Stiles!.... Stiles!?" I started to panic and I reached for my cell phone.

"My cellphone." I had left it on my dresser after Brenda hung up.

"Shit!" I had to carry him. I had to do it even if what happened to me could kill me. I wasn't sure what it was but I couldn't leave him. He would get hypothermia and who knew what else had happened to him. He could be bleeding internally! I grabbed his arm and the black fluid drained into my vains and up into my forearm. It hurt a lot, but I kept picking him up til he was supported onto my shoulder. As I got closer and closer to my house I heard Stiles mumbling scrambled words.

"Stiles, it's okay, I'm getting you home."

"Homes not here."

"What?"

"This isn't real."

"Stiles it's okay."

"Brenda." He whispered her name then passed out once more.

I opened my door and went straight for the couch. I laid Stiles onto it and ran for my phone. I quickly dialed Brenda's number.

*beeeep, beeeep, beeeep, beeeep*

"Scott where are you?"

"I found Stiles. He was in the local park."

"Oh my god is he okay?"

"Ill find out. Just, go home. Ill take care of him." She didn't rebuke like I'd expected her to. She just said ok and was gone. I went back down to find a sleeping Stiles. I went into the kitchen and got a wet paper towel, some bandages, rubbing alcohol, and my mom. By that I meant I called her. She should be able to figure out if anything internal has happened to Stiles.

I cleaned up the dirt off his face, cleaned his cuts and checked for any broken bones or anything else I could feel that was wrong.

"Mmm."

"Stiles? You feeling okay?" His eyes widened up and his body lifted off of the couch.

"Where are they?!"

"Who?"

"Brenda and Lydia!"

"They were in the library with you-" Stiles got up and headed for the door.

"Stiles What's going on? I don't think you should even be standing right now." I followed behind him, confused to what could be happening.

"I...I don't know. I just need to see them. And im fine." With that, we walked to Brenda's house. There wasn't any conversation between us, all we did was walk in silence. Once we arrived Stiles began to apologize to both Brenda and Lydia about God knows what. But they both seemed scared to be near him.

"Brenda." I motioned for her to follow me and I walked to the kitchen.

"I want you to tell me everything. Now."

"Everything about what?" She looked nervous and tired. Although I kept pushing.

"About Stiles." She tuck a deep breath and began to talk.

"I've been having dreams and visions about him. He turns into a monster, and... we'll everyone's a monster in my dreams. You killed Lydia in one of my dreams..." She drifted off and stared down at the floor.

"Well we need to-"

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

At that moment my eardrums exploded into pain and I fell to my knees. Brenda was covering her ears and she ran to the front where Stiles and Lydia had been. Key word in this situation, been.
