chapter twenty eight, THE LAST WEEKEND
Elaine pulled away and as soon as she did, something drew her in closer again. The two moved away but kept their arms tightly wrapped around each other. Laney's body was consumed in the high and the adrenaline rushed through her veins, artificial or not.
They moved out of the water and Madison let out something about getting towels, the brunette girl running towards the house. Elaine was back where their clothes were and her eyes were drawn to the small baggy. She reached forward and dried her hand on her t-shirt.
The bag was in her hands and she was dumping some onto the side of her hand. She leaned her face close and snorted the line, tipping her head back after she was done. She ignored the disgusting feeling of having it trickle down her throat and wiped the excess from her nose.
The girl sat and stared out at the water. She wanted nothing more than to go on an adventure and do something crazy. She wanted to forget about everything that had happened in the last five months. She wanted to free her mind. She was standing before her conscious mind could register it and was walking to the pool house.
Madison was holding towels and she smiled at Elaine's presence. "Here," She said, holding out one of the towels. Laney thanked her and wrapped it around her now cold body.
She could feel the way the cocaine stripped her normal, sane thoughts and replaced them with feelings of a new high. Her body felt like someone else was controlling it and she moved forward.
She reached and cupped Madison's cheek before pulling her closer, letting her lips press against the girl's. Laney pulled away a few centimetres to give her the time to pull herself away but she didn't, instead, she grabbed the back of the brunette's head and pulled her forward, kissing her furiously.
Madison's soft lips danced against Elaine's chapped ones, moving with a passion. Laney moved her hands to the girl's waist. Her tongue ran across her bottom lip and the way she moaned vibrated through Elaine's body.
When she pulled away the look on Madison's face was one she could have drowned in. "shit" The girl let out, her lips slightly swollen and red. "I've never been with a girl." She admitted and Laney nodded, pulling back completely.
"Okay, sorry" The pogue apologized, turning to leave but was stopped when she felt a hand on her arm. She turned and Madison's hand was moving to her cheek.
"I want to, uh" She stumbled over her words and Laney laughed. The alcohol was mingling with the drugs she had taken and none of her thoughts were her own.
Madison met her lips passionately, fingers digging into her shoulders as she kissed her. She was walking backwards and Laney followed her, leaning over her as she fell back. She started to grind her hips up to Laney's, moaning against her mouth as she did. Laney moved her hands to the girl's ass, gripping on and pulling her body to her own.
