"I don't fuck with you, you little stupid ass bitch I ain't fucking with you, you little - you little dumb ass bitch I ain't fucking with you, I got a million trillion things I'd rather fucking do, then to be fucking with you," - Big Sean
--
When I awoke, there seemed to be light outside.
'I must have slept until the next day' I thought to myself.
And my thoughts were confirmed when I smelled eggs, waffles and bacon from downstairs.
And just when that beautiful scent hit my nostrils, my stomach grumbled loudly.
Just when I hopped out of bed, I noticed that there was a pile of clothes at the foot of the bed.
I hopped into the closest shower and let the hot water wash off all of the dirt that seemed to be etched into my skin.
After a few minutes I turned off the tap, carefully stepped out of the shower, and rapped a towel around my body and hair.
Arms, legs, body, face. All dry.
That's when I put on my clean clothes that consisted of a simple, blue long sleeve v-neck shirt, black leggings, and black and white converse.
I shoved my hair up into a messy side ponytail, and headed downstairs.
"Great! Now that your awake, we can finally eat the food that was given to us an hour ago," Hanna complained.
"Let's get something clear, Hanna," I said to her, "a lot has happened in a year, and I may have let you push me around before, but if you so much as say one thing that offends me harshly, I will beat the living shit out of you. Am I clear?"
"Whatever," she rolled her eyes.
"Calm down Ray-Ray," Alex said to me as he entered the room, "it's early, don't start your day off on a bad note."
"Okay, Alexander," I said while taking in a deep breath to calm myself.
"Did you know that ever since I met you, you've only called me 'Alexander'? You haven't even made up a nick-name for me," He told me.
"How about Alex?" I asked him.
"To traditional," he told me.
"Xander?"
"Nah,"
"Lex?"
"Definitely not!" He exclaimed.
"Lex it is, and on my good days, I'll call you Lexie, oh and sometimes maybe even Alexa!" I told him while laughing so hard, I swear juice came out of my nose.
"Haha, very funny," Alex said monotonously.
"What's so funny?" Jaxon asked as he entered the kitchen, but his question just made me laugh even harder.
"Ray-Ray, if you don't stop laughing, I'm going to tell everyone about our little singing session," Alex threatened while whispering the last two words so that only him and I could hear.
"You wouldn't," I said seriously, trying to call his bluff.
But he was dead serious.
"Of course I would little
Lynnie-boo," he taunted with a high pitched voice."Dick," I said to him.
"Poo face," he called me.
"Soggy pancake!"
"Mushy waffle!"
"Will both of you just SHUT UP!" Hanna screeched at us.
"You two fight like an old married couple," she told us.
"Well, he does act like an old bat who just got his fourth hip replacement!" I told Hanna and Alexander at the same time.
"Well," Alex said, talking to Hanna but eyes on me, "she does act like an old hag who had her plastic surgery go wrong!"
"No I don't!" I said to him.
"Yes, you do!" He exclaimed at me.
"Nuh-uh,"
"Uh-huh,"
"Nuh-uh,"
"Uh-huh,"
"I'M BEGGING YOU!! PLEASE STOP!!" And this time, we shut up.
Because my father was present.
And boy, he didn't look happy.
"I'm sorry father, I had no idea you were present," I told him.
Alexander looked at me with wide eyes. I don't think he knew who my father was until now, and my father was very intimidating. So intimidating he made me want to shit myself.
"Stand up when you speak to me," my father said to me.
I stood up from my seated position at the breakfast table.
"I'm sorry," I repeated, "I had no Idea you were currently in this house,"
"And if I wasn't in this house it would give you the right to argue over such foolish matters?"
Nobody spoke.
"That's what I thought Raelyn. Now get something to eat and then we'll immediately start your training," he ordered me.
And as soon as he left the room, I slumped back into my chair heavily.
"You never told me he was your dad," Alexander said to me with a sad look on his face.
I would feel sorry for me too.
"To be honest with you," I told him, "I forgot about my father the moment he left me at that academy, along with everyone else in this room,"
Alexander looked at me with sad eyes and shoved my pancakes toward me, "Eat up," he prodded me, "we have a long day ahead of us,"
And boy, was he was right.
