"Took 45 minutes to get all dressed up, and we ain't even gonna make it to this club," - Beyonce/Queen-B

Raelyn's POV
"Are you sure she won't kill you?" A feminine voice asked.
"Yes I'm sure," said a male.
"You promise?"
"I promise,"
"Don't make promises you can't keep," I interrupted their conversation with a smile.
"Sarah, leave please," the male voice said impatiently.
"But Jessie-" Sarah tried to protest.
"Go," he said, like there was no room for argument.
"Long time no see, baby sis. You've grown up so much," Ross said once Sarah has left the room.
I said nothing.
I only pierced him with my death glare. I saw him shift uncomfortably and it make me crack a smirk.
"Am I making you uncomfortable?" I asked innocently while still maintaining my stare.
Ross scowled, "Your eyes are nothing but empty threats. You wouldn't hurt me."
"Wanna bet?" I hissed dangerously.
I wasn't even tied up, he must trust me more than he should.
I stood up from my chair.
"You left me for 10 years, and you expect me to run to you with open arms?" I asked, I could feel my body shaking with rage.
The RED was starting to take over.
He took one small step back, "No, but I'm still your brother and-"
He was cut off by a female voice.
"She's infected with it!" The person in a lab coat yelled, "Get away from her!"
But before Ross could run away like the coward he is, I grabbed the collar of his shirt and brought his face up to mine.
"If you think for one second that I'm the same little girl you left behind 10 years ago, I'll snap your neck and feed you to the dogs," I threatened.
"Your eyes," he whispered.
"My eyes what?" I asked aggressively.
"They're... red." He finished.
I let go of his shirt with shaky hands and looked at myself in the closest reflective object.
He definitely wasn't lying, my eyes were red. The RED was finally taking over, and if I didn't control myself I would go to a point of no return.
But at this point, it was hard to control my anger when there were so many things to be angry at.
I felt angry at the world.
And just when I was about to turn around, a hard metal rod thwacked me in the back of my head.
Knocking me out cold.
***********
I woke up feeling groggy and slightly pissed.
Over the course of my time at Assassin Academy, I have been knocked out approximately 3 times, and it's starting to get real old.
"Your awake," I recognized the voice to be my brothers.
I scoffed, "No, I'm fucking sleeping," I said sarcastically.
Ross scowled, "Your sarcasm isn't needed,"
"Yet I give it anyways. Better me trying to crack jokes than trying to kill you." I reasoned.
He said nothing but took in a deep breath.
"What happened to you?" He asked.
I smirked, "Nothing happened to me, Ross. I just grew up and saw what the world was like and I realized that if I ever wanted to survive in this world I would have to defend myself, because no one else was going to do it for me,"
"That's not true," He said, "I always had your back,"
"If you really had my back, then you wouldn't have left me for ten years," I said tersely.
"Look, Ray-" he started, but I cut him of with an exasperated voice.
"Why am I here, Ross?"
He was speechless, so I kept going, "There must be a reason why I'm here, because I swear if you brought me here only to say that you're sorry, then you might as well just save your breath because I don't need your apology, nor do I want it," I snapped.
"I need you to do something for me," he whispered.
"No," I denied.
"But you don't even know what it is yet!"
"I don't care,"
"C'mon, Ray. I need you to do this for me," He begged.
"No," I said, but with more confidence this time.
"Mom is still alive," he blurted out.
I narrowed my eyes at him, "Ross you better not be joking about that. Its not something to joke about," I warned him.
"Dad is lying," He said.
But it sounded like he was trying to convince himself more than me.
I rolled my eyes at his ludicrousness, "Ross, if you are feeding me a bunch of shit right now, I will kill you," I reassured him.
He shook his head side to side vigorously and insisted, "I'm not lying Ray. I swear on our mothers fake grave," he tried to joke.
But I sure as hell didn't find it funny.
"You better not be joking about this," I told him, "or else I'll personally dig your grave and cover without mourning over your useless life," I said monotonously.
