Chapter 6: Revealed

(Trinity's POV)

I got to class and sat in the back. In all my classes i claimed the back seat in the corner, but in all my class the guy named Zack sat in front of me. In the last class of the day, Zack turned around and started to talk to me.

"Hey whats up?" He said to me with a smile.

"What does it look like im doing?" I asked him while taking notes.

"Well geez i just wanted to talk." He said with a pout.

"Why would someone like you want to talk to me. Im sure you've heard about me from other people by now." I told him not looking at his face.

"Someone like me? What you mean by that?" Zack said with a confused look.

"I mean someone who could actually be someone at this school. If you talk to me everyone will look down upon you like they do me."

"Yea i heard about that. Hey why dont you stand up for yourself when they bully you or say crap about you?"

"Why should I? They dont even know me, so why should i care about anything they say?" I told him

"Well thats true, but you still shouldn't let them say those things. You should at least knock them down a place or two." He said with a smirk. Why is he telling me these things. Why would he care.

"I see i made you speechless." He smiled and laughed a little.

"I am not speechless, i was just thinking!" I yelled under my breath so no one else would hear.

"So you were thinking about who you would punch first?" He said.

"No. Starting a fight is one thing i do not do." This guy is starting to get on my nerves.

"Haha. Well i guess your going to take what i told you into consideration then?"

"Wha-" I was cut off by the teacher.

"Trinity would you like to share something with the class. You seem more interested in your conversation that the lesson." The teacher said making some of the other students laugh.

"No." I said while setting my head on my hand. I probably would have said something smart, buy i dont feel like staying after school.

The teacher went back to teachng the lesson. Then Zack passed me a note without looking at me.

It read "Meet me on the roof after school." Why does he want to meet me on the roof?

When the bell rang i got up and went straight to my locker. At my locker was Zoey wating for me.

"Hey Zoey." I opened my locker while i was considering going to the roof or not.

"Hey Trinity whats up you look like your thinking about something. What is it." She said while giggling.

"Nothing. This guy wants me to meet him on the roof and i dont know why."

"Awwww maybe he has a crush on you." She said with a smirk.

"Zoey, one he is new, two he just met me. Plus no one would ever have a crush on me." I said and laughed.

"Well maybe its love at first si-" She cut herself off.

"What is it?" I asked curious.

"Ummm Trinity your cross necklace is gone." She said wide eyed.

"No no no no no." I looked at my neck and it was gone. I was freaking out. I dont know why i loved that necklace so much, I am just really attached to it.

"Ill check my house when i go home today. Dont worrt we will find it." Zoey reassured me while putting her hand on my shoulder. "Are you going to go see that guy on the roof?"

"I dont think so. He probably just wants to mess with me or make fun of me like everyone else does."

"Maybe he actually wants to be your friend you should give him a chance."

"The only friend i need is you." I said with a smile.

"Oh you hush. Your gonna need all the friends you can get in the future." She said while pushing me in the direction to the staircase to the roof.

''Zoey!" She began to push me up the stairs, and then we were at the door.

"Ok fine ill see him. Geez!" Zoey then began to descend the staircase. I opened the door and walked on the roof. I looked around and didn't see anyone. There was a small building in the middle of the roof. I went to the side that was facing the woods. You could see all the way to my house up on the roof and looking at the trees relaxed me, so i came up here a lot. When i looked down i seen a sleeping Zack sitting in the direction of the trees.

I sat beside him, and looked at him for a minute before flicking him on the forehead. He quickly grabbed my wrist, and to be honest it made me jump out of my skin. I then noticed my ears and tail popped out. I quickly pulled my hood on and covered my tail before Zack opened his eyes.

When he opened his eyes and seen it was me he let go of my wrist and sat up.

"Sorry about that haha. You could say i have quick reflexes." He told me with a smile while scratching the back of his head. Dang though he really is quick.

He looked at me weird.

"What are you looking at!?" I yelled at him.

"Why do you have your hood on its hot out here." He said while reaching for my hood.

I swiftly stood up and moved away from him worried that he would try and take my hood off which would reveal my cat ears. He stood up after me and walked fast toward me.

"Come on your wearing a BLACK hoodie in summer with the hood on. Take the hood off at least! Youll have a heatstroke!" He ran after me when i started to run to the door. Out of no where he jumps in front of the door blocking my escape. I was getting frustrated.

"Get out of my way!!!" I yelled at him making sure not to get near him.

"Take the hood off!!" He yelled back.

"Why do I have to!!"

He didnt reply. He jsut stood there for a moment before he leaped at me trying to grab the hood. Having quick reflexes come in handy at times like these. Before he reached me i moved to the side making him stumble a little. He looked at me wide eyed.

"No one could ever get away from me like that, so how can you dodge me so easily?" He said still wide eyed. Then all of a sudden a strong wind came out of no where and tore my hood off my head. My eyes grew wide when i realized my hood was off and my cat ears were revealed. This isn't good. Crap!!!
