(Trinity's POV)
We were walking around for hours asking people questions, but every time we went up to someone they would walk away. We were about to give up when we seen some guards gathered in a circle. I heard screaming within the circle. It sounded like a man. I walked up to one of the guards.
"What's going on her?" I asked the guard.
"We're showing this old man what it costs to steal." He started to laugh. I tried to get threw the hoard of guards but I was tackled to the ground when I punched a guard who was trying to stop me. Zack tries to get him off but in return was tackled to the ground as well. Tyler just stood back holding Zoey back. I could get the guard off easily if I used my powers, but that wouldn't do me any good.
The guard began to lift me. I was brought to my feet and my head was jerked back by my hair. I was forced to look at a guard beating an elderly man. I looked over at Zack who was trying to get away from the guards by biting them. The guards are all clothed in heavy armor, but Zack still dented the metal being half demon. I looked over at Zoey who was wide eyed staring at the man. Tyler was just staring and standing with no emotion. Does he not think this is wrong!?! I looked back at the man. His head was bleeding and he was curled up in a ball on the ground. Are they trying to kill him!!?
I felt my anger building up and was ready to beat some guards half to death. See how they like it! Right when I was about to grab my sword I felt the guard let go. I turned around to see the guard feet away from me and on the ground unconscious. I looked around and seen multiple guards in the same condition. I looked around for cause. I didn't see anyone until I seen Zack on the ground. I ran to Zack and my body began to move on its own. I was dodging two girls who were trying to freaking kill me! I mean one of them has a katana and the other has a scythe. Well I don't want to get kill so...
I pulled my sword out and blocked the girl with the katana and then dodged the scythe. When I got a chance I kicked the girl with the scythe in the stomach and knocked her back a couple feet. I then knocked the katana from the other girls hand. Before she could get it back I went and took it using her own weapon against her. She started running at me pulling a small dagger out of no where and skillfully dodged my attacks. I didn't want to hit her anyhow. I mean she did just save an elderly man. Then I seen over my shoulder that Zack was fighting the girl with the scythe. He was holding up pretty well, but still had a few wounds. So far I don't have any wounds which is good. Last time I got wounded I burst into flames. Without thinking I cut threw the girls arm, but she didn't seem fazed she kept on attacking me. At this rate im going to run out of energy to fight them. I might as well end it now. I threw the katana to the girl and my sword in the air. I turned into my cat form and ran under the girls legs and changed back and caught my sword before it fell to the ground. I stood there for a few seconds and decided to put my sword back in its sheath.
I walked forward with the girl just standing there staring at me. I walked to where Zack and the girl who was fighting Zack. The girl didn't know I was there yet so I took that to my advantage. I tripped her and made her fall on her back causing the other girl to yell.
"Don't attack her! She's a demon!" She yelled and made the other girl gasp.
"Are you sure!?" The other girl replied.
"Don't you see she has cat ears and a tail? Isn't that enough proof?"
"Ok yea." Then the girl with the scythe turned to me. "So your a demon huh?"
"Yea why do you care? Didn't you just want to kill us a few seconds ago?" I Said.
"Yea well that was before we knew you were a demon."
