"Woah, woooaah, are you the celebrant?" biro ni Storm pagkalabas ko sa room.
I wore a sparkly silver sleeveless short dress which I matched with my customized fur coat. Then I partnered it with my thigh length boots. Caya also bun my hair and curled some few strands in sides. She was also the one who applied my make up.
Francine's birthday theme is a hollywood party. Ate wore a white satin short dress which she matched with her fur coat too. She wore a silver ribbon lace up stiletto heels. She curled her hair and her lipstick was bright red. Her clothing emphasizes her white skin tone. The cute, small moles in her chest was showing. She honestly looked so expensive especially that she matched her outfit with an evening gloves. While Caya wore a black sequin short dress which she matched a a large black coat. She bun her hair and wore golden jewelry. She then wore a gold sparkly stiletto shoes.
The boys aren't a question. They all looked so dashing with their formal attires. We also brought extra clothes in case we want to change after the formal party.
"Damn, girls." ani Kuya Xian saka napailing. Nagkatinginan kaming tatlo at napatawa sa kanila.
Between me and my girl cousins, it was only sweet Lili who had a formal debut. It was of course, grand. No question with that. When mom knew that I don't want to have those 18 roses and shit, she was disappointed. But of course, she gave in to what I want after she finally accepted it.
The only plan I had for my birthday was to be with the people who matter to me. So we went to the beach property my father owned in Hawaii. I invited some of my friends and we spent three days there. My family was there too. When the clocked striked at 12 AM, they were with me as I salubong my birthday. And that night, we had bonfire party. Dad rented a giant inflatable water slide. The slide was then facing the vast ocean. It was really fun.
I like wearing fancy, luxurious gowns too. But sometimes, honestly? Being wet, smelling the salty air at the sea, walking barefoot in the sand is a much more fun idea. You can really taste freedom on it.
When everyone was done preparing, we all went inside the van. Our parents won't allow us to drive so the twins instructed their driver to fetch us with their van. The venue will be held at one of the branch hotel of Dela ferrers. And that's where we are heading right now.
I only brought with me my phone. Since my outfit doesn't have a pocket, I had to asked Storm to keep it in one of his coat's pocket. Ayokong ipagkatiwala kay Izaac. Malaki ang trust issue ko sa kanya. Kidding.
"Hello darlings, its good to see you all!" Tita Carmina, Francine's mom greeted us after we walk from the red carpet and had a mini photoshoot.
"Hello, tita."
"Hi, tita." Halos sabay-sabay namin na sabi kaya napatawa siya.
"Still a goofball of sunshines as ever. I bet your parents are having a hard time with all of you."
Ate chuckled. "You have no idea, tita."
After the little talk, we went to our table. We haven't seen Francine yet. Probably still in her room, preparing.
I sat on the chair. "I thought tita would open her mouth with another useless comments."
"Tss. Duh, as if she can pull us down." Caya rolled her eyes.
"We're not kids anymore." Kuya Xian said
Its not that we hate Tita Carmina. Its the perspective and principles she believes in that we hate. She used to lecture us when we were kids. And she's like the....evil auntie you can see in fairytale movies. Kidding. I hope, but its true.
