Just want to share this, I used Park Baekhyun instead of Byun because I really forgot that he was BYUN, not Park, yeah I'm stupid.

Chapter 32: The continuation of the Second trial

The reporters and the people inside were so shocked and surprised by the video. Jimin has smirked on his lips while gazing at Jackson.

"Your honour, I want to talk with the witness." Jimin started.

"You may." Judge Baekhyun replied.

Minchie sat down nervously, not even glancing at Jimin.

"So tell to the public what really happened. You don't have to fear them, the police will give you the protection you needed, just spill what you know." Jimin said with assuring tone.

"Objection your honour, my client doesn't want to speak, they were doing this to ruin my images." Jackson interrupted.

"If I just want to ruin you, I should punch your face. Why would I gave an effort to ruin you if I could just kill you." Jimin shot back.

"Your honour, Attorney Park was being unprofessional." Jackson retorted.

"Close your mouth, Attorney Wang. Continue, Attorney Park." Judge Baekhyun said.

Jimin smirked, teasing Jackson with his eyes.

"Speak now, witness." Jimin continued.

"I-I lied." Minchie gulped.

"Why?" Jimin asked.

"They promised me that they will give me Mr. Jeon Jungkook, I agreed because I love him." Minchie stated.

"You didn't love him, you're obsessed." Jimin rolled his eyes.

"I'm jealous, Taehyung Oppa always gets what he wants. He has a husband who truly loves him, he has a lot of money and a beautiful mansion. I want what he has and I thought I can take advantage of this situation. And I'm wrong." Minchie sniffled.

"Because he's beautiful unlike you, and lastly, don't call him Oppa, sounds disgusting from you, anyway, Your honour, I think the witness already spilled the truth. I want justice for my client and the real suspect should be detained in jail not my client. I will respect what will be the outcome of this second trial, your honour." Jimin bowed his head and walked back to his seat.

While the honour was thinking what will be the outcome. Taehyung was also waiting for the result.

"How did you get that video?" Yoongi asked from behind of Jimin.

Jimin snickered turning his head around Yoongi.

"If you just love me hyung, I'll tell you." Jimin winked.

"Please no flirting, your brother is here." Yoongi sighed rolling his eyes.

"He loves me hyung, he won't get mad if I flirt with you." Jimin said and teasingly giving him a flying kiss.

"This kid." Yoongi shooked his head.

"Wuv you hyung." Jimin giggled turning back his head to the judge.

How Jimin got the video? It was a CCTV video from the front neighbor's house of Reign's house. He kinda forcefully took it from the owner, he was about to give it to Jungkook but it seems didn't need to.

"The witness already spoke the truth, basing on decisive and substantial evidence, I declared that Jeon Taehyung was NOT GUILTY of the crime, murder." Judge Baekhyun declared and hit the gavel.

"Therefore, Judge Park Baekhyun declared that this case was CLOSE." Hoseok continued and they took their documents.

"No! This can't be happening! Judge Park, you have to think of it again!" Jackson yelled but the judge already left the court.

Jungkook smiled, his husband was finally free yet they can't be together for now since he was positive for a covid.

"Kim Taehyung was NOT GUILTY of the case of murder, after the declaration, the police immediately filed a warrant of arrest. Ex-prime minister Bo was caught in the airport for trying to escape and Judge Hoo Yoo was captured outside of their house for attempting to leave. They were sentenced to be detained in jail for 10-20 years, the supporters of attorney were glad to hear it and they trend the #WeGotTheJustaece that's for the news today."

Jungkook was glad, they get the justice that they waiting for. Thanks to his hyungs who helped them in this case.

"Hyung, where's Jungkook?" Taehyung asked when the police remove the handcuffs.

"He was positive for covid Tae that's why he can't attend here." Jin sighed standing in front of him.

"Wuh-what?" Taehyung stuttered, looking at him with teary eyes.

"You don't have to worry, there's a doctor in the mansion. They will take of him, after his 14 days quarantine, if he gets a negative result, you two can be together again. So, don't be sad about it, you should be happy you're free." Jin comforted

"Cuh-can we visit him?" Taehyung inquired sniffling.

"Sure, next day we'll visit him but for now, you have to take a rest. I'm sure your mentally tired." Jin retorted.

"We can go, I already arranged the documents." Namjoon joined

"Let's go, Tae, wear a mask and sanitize your hands first." Jin said as he gives the alcohol to Taehyung.

Taehyung sanitized his hands, he wore the mask, and Hoseok put the coat on his shoulder. They left the court, same as the first trial, the reporters were taking a picture of him and asking a question. There's a little bit of distance around them, the police helped them to get out of the crowd. Jimin opened the door van and let Taehyung get inside first, they all got inside. The ride has started.

"Hyung?" Taehyung called out.

"Yes?" They all responded even Yoongi who was driving.

Taehyung chuckled a bit, liking the way they responded.

"Can I borrow a phone?" Taehyung asked.

"Sure, here." Jimin who sitting beside him gave the phone.

"Thank you." Taehyung smiled.

"You're welcome." Jimin ruffled his hair.

Taehyung contacted Jungkook who immediately answered his calls.

"Hello?" Taehyung started biting his lips trying not to cry.

"Hi, how are you?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung can hear his weak voice and lewd coughs.

"I-I'm fine, you?" Taehyung retorted.

"I'm fine, just coughs and can't breathe properly." Jungkook responded.

"Please, take care of yourself." Taehyung sniffled.

"I will." Jungkook responded.

"I-I'll go there tomorrow." Taehyung said wiping his tears away.

"I'll wait." Jungkook smiled

"I love you." Taehyung told.

"I love you too." Jungkook says it back.

Taehyung turns off the calls, hugging Jimin tightly. Jimin caressed his back, calming him down.
