Stella (Short Story)

STL 9

Stella's POV

"Next week na ang final exam niyo, kaya kung ako sainyo ay umpisahan niyo na ngayon mag review." Our professor said while   isa isang lumabas ang mga kaklase ko sa room.  

I got up when I finished putting my things in my bag.

"Ms buenavides" I was about to go out when my professor called me.

I turned around to faced her, "yes ma'am?" I politely asked.

"I noticed that you are getting serious about your studies..." i smiled a little when i heard what she said.

"That's good, keep going hm?" She genuinely smiled at ginulo ang buhok ko, sinundan ko siya ng tingin hanggang sa makalabas na siya ng room.

I came out while still smiling, i can't believe i got a compliment from one of my professors,
I took my phone out of my pocket to message ryle. Dahil masaya ako ililibre ko siya.

Siya rin kasi ang dahilan to continue my studies.

I was about to message him but suddently a group of girls surrounded me, nag sisimula na akong kabahan dahil baka isa ito sa mga naka away ko dati.

Mariin akong napapikit at dahan dahan kong ini-angat ang tingin sakanila, i sighed with relief when i saw jinadine with her three friends i think?

Jinadine just smirked at me, sa loob loob ko ay parang may kaka iba sa ngisi niya.

"You seem scared huh?" she said sarcastically. 

I tightened my grip on the strap of my bag at napalumbaba ako, nararamdaman ko ang nagbabadyang luha ko sa mga mata ko pero pinipigilan ko yun tumulo. ayaw kong ipakita na umiiyak ako. 

"pfft--"

I frowned when i heard them laughing, "hey stella haha..." natatawa parin sambit ni jinadine causing me to turned my gaze to her.

"We were just joking" she wrapped her hand to my arm at nginitian ako. bahagya naman akong napahawak sa dibdib ko at napahinga ng ayos, kala ko talaga...

"let's go"

"where?" i asked her surprise.

she rolled her eyes bago siya sumagot "cafeteria" i widened my eyes when i remember her message yesterday. Aish! you're dumb ass stella. 

mabuti nalang at di ko na message si ryle.

After we bought food, we sat in the vacant seats here in cafeteria. napakibit balikat nalang ako kanina ng makita kong kakaunti lang ang binili nilang pagkain compare saakin.
