Chapter 12 - Chunin Exams Part 2

Y/n pov

I woke up and did my normal routine until I realized that I was late and did my routine stressed.

When I was done, I said bye to dad, grabbed a few protein bars and three water bottles and then, went out.

I was halfway there when I suddenly stopped and realized just how dumb I am.

'Oh man, I could've just shunshinned there' I thought and shunshinned to the Forrest.

"Sorry, am I late?" I asked.

"No you're just in time" Anko said and I nodded.

She began talking about all the rules and whatnot until Naruto started to mock her. I giggled but stopped when I saw Anko standing behind Naruto, licking his bloodied cheek.

I shunshinned in front of her and looked her dead in the eye. Naruto shrunk into himself and everyone noticed, now all the attention was on us.

"Back off miss" I said to her.

She just smirked. "And what if I don't?"

I appeared behind her and held a kunai ok her neck. "Then you'll get to know me, no one messes with my lil bro except for a few selected people"

She 'tch'ed and backed off. A woman came and gave Anko her kunai back, with her tongue.

'Tora' I began 'She smells like snake'

"You think it could be another one of your fathers subordinates?" Tora asked.

'Or him' I said and Tora nodded.

"Y/n? Hello? Y/N?" Naruto said, snapping me back to reality.

"Huh? Oh" I said and we signed the 'if we die' formula.

We went to the tent, gave our formula off, got our scroll and went to our gate.

After a few minutes, a loud beeping sound came and all the gates opened. We started off into the Forrest but after a while, we stopped because Naruto needed a toilet pause.

Sakura threw a fit because Naruto wanted to pee 'in front of us' in the bush, so he went deeper into the Forrest.

After waiting for a bit, Naruto came back.

"Puh that was good! I peed my whole name!" 'Naruto' said.

Sasuke and I looked at each other and attacked 'Naruto'. He quickly dodged and jumped up a branch.

"Nee Sasuke, Y/n! What's wrong with you?" He asked.

"Yeah Sasuke, Y/n, I know Naruto is an idiot but you didn't have to go that far" Sakura said, we ignored her tho.

"Where is Naruto and what did you do to him?" I asked the fake.

"Hah, you figured it out faster than I thought" the fake smirked "How did you know?"

"Naruto got wounded earlier and should have a cut on his cheek, also he has his Kunai holster on his right thigh" Sasuke began.

"And Naruto like nearly always says 'tattebayo or 'ttebayo. Also, his Chakra feels wayyy different than yours'" I finished.

"Hm seems like you know your little teammate" The fake said and rehenged himself back to his original form, he was from Amegakure.

We fought again and Sakura sat behind us, looking rather overwhelmed.

'Tch you see how pathetic Sakura is? She isn't doing anything and is still tired and overwhelmed' I said to Tora.

"Yeah, I can't help but agree. It's pathetic when you think about the fact that she called you useless and a burden but is exactly that right now" Tora replied.

I focused back on the fight to see the Ame-nin withdraw and run away. I walked over to Sasuke and held my hand in the air.

"Good job, high fife?" I asked.

"Hn" Was his answer but he gave into the high fife. I smiled a little, knowing that he began warming up to me.

"ALRIGHT GET AWAY FROM MY SASUKE-KUN NOW, YOU LITTLE PATHETIC BITCH!" Sakura screeched and I quickly covered my ears.

"Goddammit Sakura, what did I say about my ears? Anyway, let's go search for our little idiot" I said.

"Guys I'm back! Sorry I took so long but I got into a little problem, tattebayo!" I heard Naruto's voice behind us.

"Naruto, good to see you" I smiled, Naruto was confused but let it slide.

We walked again for a while until I suddenly stopped.

"Y/n? You alright?" Naruto asked and I nodded.

"Let's take a break, I'm sure that you're all hungry" I said and sat down.

"Sit with me, I have a few protein bars that you can eat" I said and they soon sat beside me and took each two bars.

"Let's come up with a password" I said after a while.

I had sensed the person in the bush a long time ago but decided to stay quiet and think about a plan.

"Okay, I know one. Make sure to listen because I won't say it twice" Sasuke said and we nodded.

"The question will be: When does a ninja strike? And the answer will be: A ninja waits for the right moment. When the enemy's weapons lie forgotten in the silence of the night. A ninja must be able to accurately estimate the right moment. The moment when the enemy sleeps and is mindful, that is the moment when a ninja strikes. Got that?"

Sakura and I nodded and Naruto flipped out but in the end said, that he knew it which was obviously a lie.

Then, a stark Wind came and we all got flown away.
