The Warden [Awesamdude x Reader]

[Chapter:1]

I woke up in my bed, I stare out the window and the sun had just risen.

I guess I should go help Tommy with the hotel today.

I throw the red sheets off of me as I swing my legs over the edge and stand up and stretch. Usually, Tommy had lots of work to do so I always came to help.

He's one of my best friends ever since I moved here after all.

We do have a little age gap since he is 16 and I'm 21, but that doesn't effect our friendship.

I get dressed in black and white running shoes, a red shirt and light-blue oversized hoodie I found in my closet, and loose black ripped mom jeans.

I went to my chest and threw on my work armor for the building site.

After about 5 minutes, I was ready for the day.

My house wasn't too far from his hotel but it was still a bit of a walk.

I doubt many people were awake, it is quite early, and to be honest I wasn't a morning person.

On my walk I start to zone out, I tend to do that for some reason.

As I continue walking I accidentally run into someone.

I take a step back and start to apologize, "I'm really sorry! I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and-"

"Woah, calm down, it's okay it's not that big of a deal," the man reassured. 

I look up and realize who I ran into, it was Awesamdude.

Tommy talked about him before, he seemed like a really nice person.

I quickly took in his features, a green gas mask, he had black glasses connected to the gas mask and he wore gold armor and had a green cape and black fingerless gloves.

He also wore black jeans and had a golden crown on top of his somewhat dark green hair, his ears were pointy like an elf but it was green at the end.

He reminded me of a creeper.

"So, uh, where are you heading?" He asked.

"I'm going to go see Tommy and help him with his hotel."

His face lit up, "oh! I was actually going to stop there on the way to the prison, care to join me?"

I nodded, he seemed like a really great person, but there was something about him I was missing, like a piece to a puzzle.

On the walk, it was silent until I spoke up, "You're Awesamdude, right? Tommy told me a bit about you."

He looked at me a bit surprised, "you can just call me Sam, and I didn't realize Tommy talked about me."

"Oh ya! He tells me you're a really great friend."

He chuckled, "well, I guess now I have to know who you are."

I forgot I didn't tell him my name, "my name is y/n, sorry I forgot to tell you, I don't have a great memory."

He shook his head, "no it's fine, you wouldn't happen to be related to Ranboo by chance?"

I shook my head.

"Too bad, if you were you would definitely be taller," he laughed.

Did he just make fun of my height? "At least I don't have to duck every time I go under a door."

I started to laugh when he grunted, he was very tall and I had to look almost straight up to meet his eyes, I was only 5'4 after all.

Neither of us realized but we were at the hotel, no one was there except for Tommy and Sam Nook.
