[Chapter:14]

I prepared myself for what Ponk was about to say as he opened his mouth to speak.

"I was once told by a wise man, people change like the tides in the ocean-"

Some people mumbled as he continued.

"Now, I really know they do," he walked over to y/n and me pouring his drink onto my head.

A few 'ohs' went around as he walked off the table back to his seat.

Some people said cheers as they continued with toasts anyone had to say.

I felt a tug on my arm and look over to see y/n holding my arm and a napkin, "are you okay?"

I turned my head towards her nodding as she helps clean up the mess.

Luckily it only got on my hair and mask.

When she was done helping me clean it up a man named George, was standing on the table.

"I uh, woke up twenty minutes ago-"

People cheered not letting him finish whatever he was gonna say.

He wasn't wearing any sort of suit, Puffy said he had a new shirt on though.

When he finished Bad asked if anyone else wanted to go.

I thought about it for a second but bailed on the idea, what would I say anyway?

When he realized everyone was done he opened his mouth to speak, "I think this is the perfect opportunity as a server... as a community, to let bygones be bygones. Uhh...
to set any past issues aside to let us grow and advance."

He continued to talk about the mistakes made and said how we should all be forgiven and move forward.

"I'm very happy that we got to gather everyone here, and let it be a banquet none of us will ever forget."

He thanked us for coming but I felt something... off.

I noticed the walls started to pour out lava as Bad said, "prepare to die."

I look at y/n and pull her closer to me, I had a giant feeling this was going to happen.

"I KNEW SOMETHING WAS UP, I KNEW I COULDN'T TRUST YOU," Puffy exclaimed.

She pulled up the table rug and under it was a chest of all the armor we had planted in case something like this happened.

When she opened it, all of the armor was missing.

Bad started laughing as he, Ant, Hannah, and Ponk slid on the armor.

"I'm sorry Puffy," Hannah said, "I had to do it."

She was a traitor.

I looked at y/n and she didn't seem scared, more hurt than scared.

I felt betrayed, Hannah told them about our armor and betrayed us.

I look at Puffy and she was on the brink of tears but held them back.

"I'm sorry Puffy, Sam," Bad said, "it's time for the main event-"

"Well," I interrupted, "it is a tragedy you told them, but we can all agree this has gone on long enough."

Y/n gave me a funny look like everyone else until the Tnt went off.

Some screams came from Bad and the others while I and everyone else watched.

I didn't tell y/n about our plan, she could've gotten hurt.

I had placed tnt around the egg in hopes of blowing it up.

When all the TNT was finished we looked past the smoke finding the aftermath.
