When I Found You , You Saved Me

Chapter 9

My eyes are fluttering! Yes that means I'm woke I'm alive! I'm waking up! I got hit with a brick? Well dang someone was jealous! But I'm alive who cares! Finally after all that fluttering my eyes opened! Thank you God I Love You So much! I'm really going to start to thank you even more.

I looked around the room and down at my hand. Jayson was holding it laying on my hand sleep. He's so beautiful and peaceful , not the one you would think to fight. Wait why is he the only one here? Do my parents know about this ? Where is my little brother where is Jazmyn ? I cleared my throat to see if I could talk.

"Hello?" It was low and scratchy

I tried again "Hello?" That was a tad louder

Lets give it a go one more time Kai one more time "HELLO?" Now that was loud and Jayson Jumped nurses ran in touching and pulling cords.

"Kai ! Kai you're ok ! You are awake!" Jayson smiled at me , he haven't slept I see it , he was crying too.

"Yes I'm awake , can someone tell me what's going on and why are you plugging and unplugging things on my body?"

"It was the heart monitor they had to change it because yesterday it kept spending up and slowing down" Jayson explained

"Oh well um why was I sleep? How long was it and why are you the only person here? Where is KiLyn ? OMG where's my car?"

"You was sleep because of the injury , it was just from yesterday until now, I'm the only one here because Jazmyn is at your house with your brother getting things cleaned up , and I have your car right outside"

"Thank you , Jayson. Where are my parents? It's Sunday night"

"I'm not sure if anyone told them what happened but they never came or called , your brother hadn't talked to them or anything"

"The doctors hadn't asked about them?"

"No they asked who I was and that's all"

"Do you know when I'm leaving ? I've had bad experience with hospitals , I don't like them"

"When the doctor comes in i'll be sure to ask"

"Your parents aren't worried about you?"

"They actually came up here last night and I explained everything they left this morning because they went to church and they brung me clothes and stayed for a little while."

"Oh Ok , you can go back to sleep, I'm ok and you're tired"

"No I'm fine Kai Really"

"What time is it?" He got my phone and handed it to me

"Wow 4 in the morning!"

"Yea Sunday at 4am I'm in the hospital with you watching you" he cheesed Big

I laughed at him "You're funny Jay, Can you asked them if I can stand"

"Yea let me go out here and ask"

He got up and went out to get a nurse so I could stand, I felt really cramped in this bed. I'm 5'4 but I'm long and this bed is not working!

"Hello dear I'm Dr. Kilsic" a man walked in with Jay behind him

"Hi I'm Kai" I smiled back

"How is Your head ? Does it hurt ?"

"No , I feel normal"

"Ok , have you tried sitting up straight?" He asked writing stuff down I hate when they do that I want to know what you're writing about me!

"No but I can try now"
