Lyndy starts to wake up. When Lyndy is awake she starts to panic because she doesn't remember anything.
Lyndy moves her hand around the truck to try and find her phone. While she moves her hand around she starts to feel a sharp pain in her wrist. But she ends up finding her phone.
Lyndy calls Ty but he doesn't pick up.
Lyndy tries to call Amy but Amy doesn't pick up.
Lyndy tries to call Lou but Lou doesn't answer.
Lyndy tries everyone besides Tim.
Lyndy calls Tim and he answers.
" Hello" Tim said into the phone
" Grandpa! I need-need your help." Lyndy said with her voice shaking
" Lyndy, what's wrong?" Tim asked
" I think I have been in a car accident." Lyndy said
" Ok, where are you?" Tim asked
" I am on the highway right before you get to Heartland." Lyndy said
" Alright, I will be there in 5 minutes. Don't go anywhere." Tim said
" Where would I go?" Lyndy asked
" Oh, well. I will be there in 5 minutes." Tim said
Tim hung up**
At Heartland
Ty walks into the Ranch House and sees Tim rushing off.
" Tim, where are you going?" Ty asked
" Lyndy has been in a car accident. I need you to call 911." Tim said
" I am coming with you." Ty said
Tim and Ty left**
Ty calls 911**
In 2 minutes Ty and Tim get to where Lyndy is.
And Ty sees the truck that Lyndy is in.
Ty runs over to Lyndy
" Dad, I am so so sorry." Lyndy said with tears running down her face.
" It's going to be ok." Ty said
" Also Dad there is something else you should know." Lyndy said
" What?" Ty asked
At that moment. The fire truck, ambulance, and police car all got there.
They took Lyndy away to the hospital while Ty and Tim stayed to talk to the officer.
" So do you know what happened?" The officer asked
" Umm no." Ty and Tim said
" Well, I know this isn't her truck. I think it's her boyfriend Jason's truck. His name is Jason Bryan." Ty said
" Ok, well I am going to call him." The officer said
The officer called Jason and Jason showed up in less than 4 minutes.
" Sir, do you know what happened?" The officer asked
" Yes I do. I got Lyndy pregnant, she didn't feel to great so I went and got her a pregnancy test and when she took it she didn't have any emotion to being pregnant. She went over to my fridge and grabbed a beer and got mad at me when I told her she couldn't drink it because she is pregnant she drove off and I am guessing she crashed because she is drunk." Jason explained
" Would you like to press charges to Lyndy Borden Jason Bryan?" The officer asked
" No." Jason said
Ty and Tim went back to the Ranch and went inside
" Amy!" Ty yelled
Amy came from around the corner.
" Ty, I can't find Lyndy. Do you know where she is?" Amy asked
" Umm, yes. She is at the hospital." Ty said
" Why is she at the hospital." Amy asked
" I will explain in the truck. Come on let's go." Ty said
Ty and Amy get in the truck
In the truck**
" Lyndy was in a car accident." Ty said
" Oh my god. What caused the car accident?" Amy asked
" She was drunk behind the wheel again." Ty said
" Oh my god." Amy said horrified.
" But that's not all. She is also pregnant." Ty said
" What the hell?! She is only 16! Ty this is serious." Amy said
" I know that. I am going to have to tell her about my past, but I really don't want her not to look at me as someone she can't trust." Ty said
" Ty she is always going to trust you." Amy said
Amy and Ty drove the rest of the way in silence.
20 minutes later they get to the hospital.
The doctor was waiting for them in the waiting room.
The doctor walked up to Amy and Ty
" Are you Mr and Mrs Borden?" The doctor asked
" Yes, we are." Ty said
" Well Lyndy is going to be alright, she has a broken wrist, a broken leg, and she is 3 months pregnant." The doctor said
" Ok, how is the baby?" Ty asked
" The baby is ok. But the baby will probably end up coming early. Just because since Lyndy is already small and with this trauma the baby could come as late as 4 months but as early as just 3 weeks." The doctor explained
" Ok. But nothing serious?" Ty asked
" No, nothing serious." The doctor said
The doctor walked away**
" I am so glad Lyndy is going to be ok." Ty said
" Yeah, well maybe something this serious will make her realize how bad drinking and taking pills is." Amy said
