Chapter 18: Chryseis Athena

Frince let me go after he heard that. Tinignan niya ako, sa sobrang talino nito ay alam kong nakuha niya kaagad ang ibig sabihin ng tatlo.

He didn't speak, from his reaction right now he just want to hear a confirmation from me.

I shrugged and nodded. There's no need to lie, ayaw kong dagdagan ang kasalanan ko sa kanya. Nagsinungaling na ako tungkol sa nararamdaman ko sa kanya at pinaglaroan ko siya kaya ayaw ko ng magsinungaling ulit pa.

"What are they talking about, love?" He asked, he's in a serious face now.

"Love??!" Gulat at sabay na tanong nang tatlo.

I can't speak nor move, I don't know what to do and what to say because I'm in a different situation of my life that I cannot make fun just to solve it.

"Ano ang ibig sabihin nila? What freedom and three hundred thousand pesos, Athena?" Frince asked once more.

A tears flow from my eye's when I saw he badly want to know the truth.

"She's only playing with you. Someone offered a bet to hurt you, three hundred thousand pesos in exchange of your i love you's." Lavender said.

"Athena is our ace when it comes to this. And I guess she never disappoint us because you already fell in love with our ace." Consuelo said.

Umiling ako at yumuko dahil sa sakit at galit na nararamdaman ko ngayon. Nasasaktan ako para sa kanya dahil hindi ko alam ang nararamdaman niya ngayon, halatang nasasaktan siya.

Galit ako sa sarili ko dahil pinaglaroan ko siya at sinaktan. Ang bait niya para ganitong ko, he never treated me like a trash.

"Can you two please shut up? I'm not talking to you." He said to Lavender and Consuelo at hindi niya man lang ito dinapoan ng tingin.

"Frince is right. Let's go." Faye said.

"Excuse me Mr. Frince? You look hurt, masarap bang mag mahal ang alas namin?" Lavender asked.

Frince looked at her using his dagger eye's. His jaw clenched and I heard a footsteps from the three ladies, they took a step backwards like they are scared.

"I'm talking to my girlfriend, your opinion doesn't need here. Hindi ko kayo paniniwalaan dahil hindi ko naman kayo kaano-ano. I will only believe in Athena's explanation. So shut up." Frince said with a deep voice.

Napayuko ulit ako at umiyak ng tahimik dahil ayaw kong gumawa ng eksena rito. Why is he so selfless?!

Despite of what I did to him he still love me and want my explanation. He should be mad and shout me! But why did he still choose me?!

"Speak, love. I won't judge you and don't worry about them, I promised that they will never touch you even one strand of your hair and a tip of your fingers." He make sure.

"Frince, they are telling the truth. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." I said and cried.

I saw how his jaw move aggressively. He slightly lost his balanced so he hold into the railings so tight to support his weight. I give him the permission to hurt me physically, mentally, and emotionally, I will let him do that because I deserve it!

Hindi yong kinikimkim niya ang sakit at galit na nararamdaman niya sa akin. He can hurt me in any way he want. I don't mind if he will take a revenge.

"Why, Athena? Lahat lahat ng pinapakita at sinasabi mo ay hindi totoo? Why you didn't tell me before? You can get out in that game and I can hand you a money because I understand what you are going through, love." He said.

Umiling ako at pinunasan ang luha na dumaloy sa pesnge ko dahil sa sinabi niya. Hindi ko kayang maging ganito siya, wala akong karapatan na mag-reklamo dahil ako naman ang may kagagawan nito.
