Jack's POV

I'm not going to lie by saying I stood up for my relationship with Elsa and spoke my mind like a man but I was a complete coward.
I didn't know what to do. I stood there with my hands in my lap and looked around aimlessly as I tried to avoid the awkward situation.
Soon after Elsa closed the door and came per to my side. "Can you get Elijah? I need to talk to him alone." She whispered into my ear.
"Sure. How long?" I nodded.
"Just for a couple of minuets. Go ahead and give him a bath, okay?" she said with a weak smile.
I nodded my head then gave a quick soft kiss to her. I actually hadn't realized Elsa's whole family had came inside. My mind was occupied by her father that I hadn't realized Elsa's mom and Anna had entered.
I got about halfway down the hallway into Elijah's room when I felt Anna's hand touch my shoulder.
"Are you going to give him a bath?" she asked with the biggest smile on her face.
I nodded my head "yeah, do you want to..." I asked but was interrupted as she swung the door wide open to reveal a fussing Elijah kicking around for attention.
"I'll help!" she squealed and ran to his side to pick him up. Without skipping a beat she hugged him then peppered kisses on his bald head. "Aww, he's a cute little baby." She giggled as she tried to rock him but he kept fussing.
"Here, um, why don't you let me calm him. Would you draw his bath for me?" I asked with a smile as Elijah leaped into my arms from hers. "He likes baths so it'll help him like you too." I reassured her as I saw her smile drop to Elijah's rejection.
"Okay!" she perked up immediately.
I could hear the water running into the baby tub as I sat Elijah down on his changing table. I smiled as I saw Elijah giggle and babble while I took his pjs off and tickled his cubby body. "Hey, buddy, you're kind of smelly aren't you." I joked as I wrapped him into his towel and brought him to the bathroom to see Anna had used too much bubble bath soap. "Whoa... this will be fun." I smirked as Elijah reached his hands out toward the bubbly tub he wanted to play in.
"Come here, baby!" Anna giggled as she grabbed Elijah out of my hands and gentle sat him up in the warm soapy water.
This time he happily played in her arms. While Anna played with bubbles along with Elijah, I heard my name being mention in the room down the hallway.
I couldn't quite tell because Anna and Elijah's slashing and laughing was overcoming the voices in the other room.
After the bath, Anna rinsed Elijah off and I wrapped Elijah up into his towel. Anna led the way into his bedroom and took several minuets choosing his outfit for the day.
"This one! look its so cute with little ducks on the front!" she squealed happily as she sat Elijah down on the changing table and changed him into the outfit. The whole time Elijah babbled as well as Anna. It was as if they were talking through the babbles. I couldn't help but chuckle as I watched them play.
Anna picked Elijah up and rest his head on her shoulder. "He likes you." I smiled and Anna kissed Elijah's bald head.
Soon after Elsa's father came in and Anna handed Elijah to me.
He just stood there like a stone statue as he looked at me and Elijah. I was extremely nervous and Elijah had begun to fuss. The just as quickly as he had come in, he left.
"He'll think about it." Anna said as she gave one last kiss to Elijah and hugged me.
I felt Elsa's hands wrap around me as me and Elijah settled into the moment. "You okay?" she asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. You?"
"I'll get better."
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
