Kol was sitting on the couch when his dad walked in he was working on a project all his other siblings were sleep he looked up at his dad. He knew that with the information that he had just learned that his dad was going to be coming back soon. "Father."
"You know?" Christopher knew that he had to with the message he had left with Layla.
"About Hope and Layla yeah." Kol nodded he didn't plan on doing anything with the information in all honesty he didn't care. He was only worried about one thing right now and that was Elena.
"Layla told me you got a girl pregnant." Christopher was happy his son was at least not trying to hide the fact and was being honest about it.
Kol nodded again he wanted to do right by Elena and meant doing his best to protect her during this time. "Yes, my girlfriend is pregnant with my child you've got two children we never knew about."
Christopher sat down near his son he had never planned on any of them finding out right now. He knew they were all going through a difficult situation because he had cancer. "I'm going to assume now you want to use this to your advantage."
"Sort of my girlfriend is Elena Gilbert we all know she was the golden child and we all know how my school deals with things like this. We all know that there going to abuse their privileges when this gets out." He didn't care about the students but there was somethings that he couldn't control yet. But he didn't want anything to happen when everyone found out that she was pregnant. "I want you to make sure that doesn't happen you have power in this town."
"I can't control what kids say." Christopher knew that he would have no influence over the students who attended the highschool. Now their parents he could do something about and make sure that they had nothing to say. After all he had done it for Freya.
That wasn't what he needed he wasn't worried about the students nearly all of them were scared of them. And of her two best friends they would be fine. But the parents the adults who always had something smart to say that was what he needed help with. "The students aren't my problem Nik is there still and there terrified of me from middle school days Henrick joins fully next year and Damon and Stefan Salvatore are her best friends I'm talking about the adults in this town teachers parents who think they can say whatever they want without consequence."
"Fine you don't tell anyone else about what you learned besides Elena and i'll see what i can do." He would make sure that no one dared to mess with Elena at all dealing with the baby.
"Deal."

Elena was having a family dinner with everyone even her cousins and uncles had come from out of town. It was time for her to tell them that she was pregnant and she was nervous about how it was going to go. She knew that it could go multiple ways and she wasn't sure if she was ready for that.
"What is this about?" John asked confused why they suddenly wanted the whole family here for a dinner of sorts.
Miranda grabbed her daughter's hand knowing that this wouldn't be easy for her. She wanted her daughter to know that she was hear for her no matter what. "Elena has something to say. And we ask that you not yell at her."
They all looked towards her and she was taking breaths. She knew what she said next was sure to get a big reaction. "I'm having a baby." Elena squeezed her mother's hand as yells erupted as expected. Everyone had a different reaction to this.
"WHAT?"
"Shut the hell up John this is not your business." Jenna scolded she didn't want him making her feel uncomfortable about what was going on. She was already under enough stress as it was.
"Who do you think you're talking to." John had always hated Jenna's attitudes but after all this was his daughter and he wanted to know how this happened.
"You." Jenna glared she wasn't going to let him make Elena feel guilty and bad about this. She didn't need that right now.
Nora looked at her cousin she wanted to make sure that she was ok with all of this. "Are you ok?"
Elena nodded she was getting used to the idea, she wanted to keep her baby and she wanted to do this right. She was going to be a good mother no matter what. "I want to keep my baby."
"When the hell did this happen last time i checked she's still 15." John was pissed and he didn't get how they had allowed her to go out and get pregnant.
"And your still an asshole." Katherine smirked she was not letting him hurt her twin. They were in this together and no one got to hurt her and get away with it.
"Do we know this kid?" Nora asked she wanted to talk to him she was the one who was always ther to protect her cousins after all. And help them deal with anything they were going through. "I'd like to have a talk with him."
"He's a Mikaelson." Miranda answered knowing Nora was definitely going to have something to say about that.
"Rich boy." Nora sighed she already didn't like this but this was her cousin and she wouldn't hurt him for no reason. Although if he tried to abandon them he had a chance of mysteriously disappearing. "Is he going to be their cause if not I'm going to kick his ass."
Jenna nodded she had that talk with him for a reason. After all not only did she have questions she knew that the rest of them would too. " Kol Mikaelson 2nd youngest boy in the family, I've already talked to him actually him and Elena are dating I've also talked to his mother and older sister his father was out of town. But his mother and sister have assured me that he will be here every step of the way."
"And we are positive about this?" Nora asked she glanced over to her little cousin she wanted to make sure that she was ok through all of this. She knew this was a serious matter and it wasn't going to be a walk in the park.
"Positive."
"Fine i won't kill him yet she's my favorite cousin."
"Thank you."

Christopher was with the board of directors his wife parents and faculty sure being the wealthiest family in town had its perks. He had talked to the board and Carol first before calling the rest here. They were implementing some new rules for Elena's safety and wellbeing. "We're adding in a new discrimination rule if a teacher parent or anyone for that matter is called out on it they are to face jail time termination and much more we warn you now don't be one of those parents or teachers. Everyone is at risk everyone."
Miranda smiled she knew why the rule was put in place. She looked at her sister. Wondering if she had been behind this she knew that it was clear that it was happening for Elena. "Did you do this?"
Jenna shook her head as much as she wished she could take credit for it she knew that it had been all the Mikaelson family. "Kol's father did we all know everything said to her goes to heart."
Miranda went over to Christopher and Esther she knew she hadn't had a chance to talk to them since this had happened. "I'm assuming he's talked to y'all."
Christopher nodded he knew that his son had certainly been smart to come to him about this. "My son mentioned that adults and teachers could be cruel he doesn't want her going through that."
Miranda had to say that she was extremely grateful they were doing this. That they were protecting Elena's feelings in all of this."Thank you the last thing i want is some adult messing with my kid because she got pregnant. Elena has enough to worry about on her own."
"Anything she needs even if it's just somewhere to just watch a movie and calm down were here." Esther had been through this with Freya and she knew that it was a scary experience for them and they wanted to be as helpful as possible. "My son loves your daughter and even though they are young i can see them going places."
"I can too. She's scared to become a mother but even i can see how happy she is. I don't want her to lose her hope just because someone tells her that her life is over its far from over." She knew that her daughter would be a great mother and she knew that no matter what she was going places.
