Mina's P.O.V
For the rest of my recovery time, I made sure to be extremely careful in order to not let my wounds open. I had gone home but every night Leo would come and made sure that they hadn't opened and would apply medication on it. Other than going to school, I wasn't allowed to do anything. For the two weeks that it took for my wounds to completely heal, it was from the bed, to school, and back to bed, Leo kept Ji Hoon in check to make sure I didn't do anything. I was two weeks, technically 4 but I didn't go to the first two, into my final semester here at Seoul University and thanks to Leo and the rest of VIXX, I had scored a contract with Jellyfish Entertainment. And then it hit me. Graduation was in 10 weeks. Our wedding in 20. I wasn't prepared in any way. It was weird to think that 4 years ago I had been in high school and had barely began dating. I had broken up with my high school crush and first boyfriend because we were both going off to different colleges and we, more like he did, wanted to see new people. I had had a boyfriend my second year here, but I had caught him cheating on me because apparently "I never gave him what he wanted". And now I'm going to marry Leo. I wonder what made Leo like me. I could never make anyone stay. I had always been rejected, cheated on, left behind, and forgotten. I had sworn my entire life, after I caught my second boyfriend cheating on me, that I would never get married and then I looked into Leo's eyes. Something about those eyes yelled security, love, warmth. I couldn't help but feel absolutely loved. With my past experiences I was constantly under pressure. I felt like I had to change myself to fit their expectations whether it be my appearance, the way I talked, the way I acted even. And then I met Leo. Funny how I was totally against this to begin with. I didn't think I'd make it past the first date. And now he became my world.
Leo's P.O.V
"Leo, why can't you focus?" Our choreographer-nim asked as we practiced for our performance on M! Countdown for Love Equation.
"I'm sorry, I'll work harder." I responded as I bowed.
"It's fine. I'll give you guys 2 hours to eat lunch and rest but when you guys come back I need 200% from you guys." He said getting his stuff and exiting the room.
"You guys, we already have 4 awards, I consider this success. How about we celebrate with chicken?" N suggested.
"How about we order out and have it delivered to my house?" Hyuk suggested.
"That sounds great!" I said louder than usual.
"Somebody's excited." Ken said as he nudged my arm. He stayed quiet as soon as I have him a death glare.
"And invite Hwa Young too" N added with a happier than usual smile.
After washing up in our dorm, we made our way to Mina's house with the freshly delivered chicken. I couldn't wait to see her. Even though I had just come last night, I missed her warmth. I felt an overwhelming satisfaction and excitement just by looking into her eyes. Those light brown eyes that inspired many of our songs, filled my head with hope, and were the reason of my being. 20 weeks seemed like a long way from now.
