Leo's P.O.V

"Baby are you ok?" I asked as Mina clenched her fists while I drove as fast as possible.
"I-I'm fine *heavy breathing* j-just drive." She responded in obvious pain.
Mina's P.O.V

I was focusing on not lashing out at Taek Woon for driving so slow. My contractions were now 30 minutes apart meaning I wasn't far from labor. These were just contractions and I was already in so much pain. Finally! The hospital where people were already outside waiting for us. As I put on the blue hospital thingy, I told Taek Woon to call my mom. I could feel the contractions get closer and closer. I was finally laid down to prep for our babies' entrance to the world. I got asked if I wanted to take an epidural but I refused it because it could affect our babies and I did not just spend 6 months laying down to risk our babies' health in the last moment. The doctor called Taek Woon out, he was probably explaining what to do or not to do. Anyhow, I need him right by my side, since we did this together.

Leo's P.O.V

"Mina only has a 40% chance of surviving the birthing process. She's too weak for a c-section. Fortunately she nurtured the babies well so they have a greater chance of surviving, who would you like us to focus on?" The doctor said coldly.
"W-what do you mean? What do you mean that only has a 40% of surviving?" I demanded an answer.
"Her body was weak to begin with. That's why she had complications with her pregnancy. So who would you like us to focus on?" He added.
"Do what you can to save all three of them. Please..... please doctor do what you can. Their lives are in your hands." I pleaded as I fell to my knees and began bawling. I had done this to her. I had done this.

"Hyung, what's wrong?" I heard Hyuk's voice as he approached me with Mina's parents.
"Mina, Mina only has a 40% chance of surviving birth." I broke the silence.
"What?!" They all said simultaneously.
"Let's stay calm." Mina's mother said. "Let's all go in there before she goes into labor and calm her down. That'll be best." She added.
"Please don't mention it to her. The doctor said it would complicate birth.
"Okay." They said as I wiped my tears and walked into the room.

"Hey mom" Mina said as she sat up and hugged her. "I really needed you in this moment."
"Don't worry I'm here now." Her mother said still hugging her.
I could see Hyuk's eyes staring to form tears.
"What's wrong Hyukkie?" Unfortunately so had Mina.
"I'm just so proud of you. You're the best noona anyone could've had." Hyuk said.
"Could've? It's not like I'm dying." She said as she chuckled but stopped when she noticed no one else was. "What's wrong guys? What's with the gloomy atmosphere?" She said with a smile.
"Nothing, it's just been a long day at the office." Her father lied.
"I'm going to step out to get some fresh air real quick." Hyuk said.
"I'll go with him. We won't be long." I added.

"You! You did this to her! She doesn't deserve this. First she had to give up what she loves the most to bear your children and now this." Hyuk said as we stepped into the underground parking lot. I don't blame him.
"If I would have known, I wouldn't have..... I wouldn't have done anything" I said as both of us began bawling.
"Hyung, I'm sorry..... I'm sorry for what I just said. It's just..... I can't imagine losing her. She's my only sibling." He explained himself.
"It's .... fine I guess. That doesn't change that I did that to her." I said.
"Both of you guys did it together. Now get back inside and be by her side the whole time regardless of what happens." He encouraged. He was right. I ran back inside.
"Mina is waiting for you." Her mother said. Bother her parents and Hyuk would wait outside.
I stepped inside and there was Mina with her hand extended as if she was waiting for me.
"I was waiting for you." She said confirming my thoughts.
"I'm sorry, it was getting stuffy in here." I lied.
"I'm not making it, am I? That's why you were crying right?" She said painfully. I stayed silent. "I'm going to put my every last ounce, including my life, to bring our babies into this world. Even if I don't make it, I'm confident you can raise them to be the best people they can be." She said with tears starting to stream down her face.
"Mina....*whimpering sounds* we...... we put two rocking chairs in the middle of their room. You will..... you will see them grow up. We will do this together." I said as I left a trail of kisses all the way up her arm ending on her lips.
"We will start now." The nurse interupted.

~time skip 4 hours~

"Come on Mina, just a little more. The nurses almost have a good on one of their heads." I said encouraging Mina even though she was pulling my hair out.
"1,2,3 push!" The nurse said and Mina pushed with all her might. The first cry could be heard throughout the hospital.
"Congratulations the first, the baby boy, was born June 4th at 4:55 am. Come cut the umbilical cord." The doctor said and I walked over. I was handed the scissors and I snipped the first umbilical cord.
"Ok. Miss I'm going to need you to push just a little more. Your baby girl is right here." The doctor added as I headed back to Mina's side.
"He's beautiful, just like his mother." I said trying to comfort her.
"I'll have to SEE THAT FOR MYSELF!!!!!!" Mina said as she gave the final push and ripped out more of my hair.
"Just a little more, a little more. Come on you're almost there. Just a tad more. Annnnddddd...." the doctor was saying and then a second cry was heard.
"Congratulations, your baby girl was born June 4th at 5:00 am exactly." The doctor said.
"Doc, can I see them." Mina rapid as she extended her arms.
"Sure thing." Two nurses handed them to her.
"Mommy loves you so very much. Thank you for being born." She aid as her eyelids became heavy.
The nurses quickly ran to her side, grabbed the babies, and pushed me out of the way.
All of a sudden a high pitched ring accompanied by a green line replaced the joyful cries to sorrowful ones.
"MINA!!!!!!!!!!"
