Another day went by without any real evidence. That is what Yoongi had told all of them. They were slowly coming to terms with their grief.

Taehyung went to visit the twins everyday with Jimin and Hoseok after Jungkook's break down that day. The others equally as worried as the blond.

Every day Taehyung felt like something was wrong. But things weren't adding up. He felt like he was being delusional.

Things kept feeling like they were out of place. But they were so subtle that Taehyung always seemed to second guess himself.

That was rational thing to do since the other option was believing that his room was haunted or something. He told Jimin and by now even he was starting to get concerned.

"How about we do a test or something" the brunette out of the blue suggested. "And how do you suggest we do that?" The blond asked curiously. Anything was better than this torture.

"Why don't you keep a box or something on your desk and mark it with something. Like put some powder or a small piece of paper underneath it. And then in the morning we'll see if it really is some ghost or not" the brunette explained.

Taehyung contemplated for a few minutes. "That could actually work. You're a genius Chim!" The blond said excitedly and hugged the latter.

That night Taehyung put a ring inside a small box and placed it on his desk with a bit of powder underneath it.

He made sure to close the windows so the powder wouldn't accidentally move due to the wind.

And then he went to sleep.

The next morning Taehyung woke up cheerfully, sun shining on his face. The first thing he did was get up to check the box.

He didn't think it would just magically move itself during the night. So when he saw the box sitting at same spot Taehyung felt almost relieved.

But that didn't stick for long because when he got closer he saw the powder mark on top of the velvet box. It was pretty prominent over the red cloth.

When he lifted up the box with shaky hands he saw the powder marks were clearly shifted.

Someone picked up the box last night. Not only that, the blond just now realized that the closed window was actually open.

The blond started to shake as the feeling of dread settled in his gut.

It couldn't have been Jimin playing an elaborate prank on him because his door was locked and only he had the keys to them. Besides, Jimin would never do this to him.

The blond shakily rushed out of his room and started to aggressively knock on Jimin's door.

The brunette soon opened the door looking panicked and disheveled. He looked tired too but the blond was too busy having a panick attack to notice.

"What happened Tae?! What is it?!" The brunette asked alarmed. Taehyung on the other hand couldn't get a word out due to his panick.

"Here, come here" Jimin quickly guided towards his bed and forced him to sit down. After a minute or two the blond calmed down.

"Tae, what's wrong?" Jimin asked again, this time calmer. Taehyung looked at him teary-eyed. His face pale from fear.

"Jimin, I think someone's stalking me" he choked up as he answered him. His eyes finally letting the tears spill as he sobbed. Taehyung watched how Jimin's face got paler too. His eyes widening in absolute horror as he explained what he just woke up to.

"We are going to inform Yoongi hyung this instant" Jimin suddenly said and dragged him along with him straight outside their house and into Hoseok's lawn.

When he knocked on the door a very haggard and exhausted looking Yoongi opened the door. "hello neighbors. To what do I owe this pleasure so early in the morning?" He asked with a hoarse voice.

The poor man looked like his soul would leave his body any second from how tired he looked. "Taehyung's being stalked" Jimin went directly to the point.

That statement alone was enough to knock Yoongi's sleep out. The male stared at them shocked. "I..uh..c-come in. Come on in" he said quickly and stepped aside for them to enter.

Yoongi woke up Hoseok who got the boys some refreshments and was working on breakfast when they started telling Yoongi about what had been going on with Taehyung.

The auburn haired male listened to their story carefully and then stayed silent for a good minute to contemplate his next course of action.

"Alright, I will have my guys set up a few small cameras on every corner of Taehyung's room. They'll keep them hidden of course. I will have some people on stakeout outside your house as I monitor from inside.
If this guy's visiting you every night then we can surely catch him." Yoongi assured.

Taehyung and Jimin both nodded excessively. They would do anything at this point to get this creep. "I will also come with to get fingerprint or DNA samples from the box you mentioned. I will take that in for examination and the forensics will run a check to see if it matches anyone on our database. Rest assured we will catch this freak." Yoongi explained further.

The two boys were very much relieved when they heard his plan. And when they got back to their house after Hoseok's amazing breakfast the first thing Yoongi did was bag in the evidence.

He left a few minutes later to get the people and get paperwork done for Taehyung's case.

And thankfully by the end of the day everything was set. All that was left was to wait.

"I heard about what happened Tae. Are you sure you two want to stay alone after all of this" Jungkook asked concerned. He and Jeongguk came over after they found out what happened from Hoseok.

"Yes Kookie. If the stalker finds out in any way that you guys are here with us then this plan will fail" Taehyung said with a sad smile.

Obviously he wasn't feeling safe in his own room now and obviously he wanted to stay in the twins' protection. But that just wasn't possible at the moment.

He just has to trust Yoongi and wait for the right moment so he could catch his stalker.

He only prayed things would go well.
