"You're a liar!"

Bub laughed and sat on his couch. Binato ko ulit siya ng throw-pillow dahil sa inis. Sabi niya sa August pa ang balik niya! But here he is! Hindi pa tapos ang July, nasa condo na niya. Hindi pa siya nagpa-sundo.

"Balak ko sana na sa August pa magpakita sa inyo kasi gusto ko munang magpahinga rito. Pero, nahuli mo na ako," he said and shrugged.

I sighed heavily and glared at him. "Sa next Sunday, pupunta tayo sa boutique. Isusukat natin yung susuotin natin sa kasal nina Cray," I informed.

He nodded. "Okay. May ibang kasama?"

I raised a brow. "May gusto ka bang makasama?" I asked back.

He chuckled. "Syempre, gusto ko namang may makasama," he said jokingly.

I rolled my eyes. Sa condo na niya ako natulog kasi Sunday naman the next day so rest day ko 'yon. The next few days ay nasa company naman ako for my work. Then, Sunday came and nag-punta na kami ni James sa boutique.

"Hi," I greeted and kissed my friends cheek. "Engr. Bautista."

Pam smiled at me. "Hi. Presly, tama?" She asked and I nodded.

"Tara na sa loob," bub said and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

Pumasok na kaming lahat sa loob. Nagtataka nga ako kasi wala rito si Jack. Ang kasama ni Pam ay si Reed and Dem.

"Sorry, late."

I raised a brow at Jack but he rolled his eyes at me. Kapag 'yan nakalabas ang eye balls, bahala siya.

"Oh! James bro!" He greeted, smiling and gave bub a man-hug. "Kailan ka pa nakabalik, gago ka?"

Bub chuckled. "Last week lang."

"How the hell did the two of you became close?" I asked with my furrowed brows.

Jack smirked. "Sorry ka. Ako ang bago niyang best friend."

I glared at him and mas lalo pa akong napasimangot ng tawanan lang ako ni James. Inis kong isinukat ang gown ko. Good thing, walang adjustments sa gown ko so nakuha ko na.

I was watching Jack and James as they talked. Parang mga tanga. Really? That's how much they missed each other?

"Una na kami ni Zack," Trina said when we got outside.

Zack walked towards me and lowered his head to my ear. "I'm worried Trina would have to take care of me more once I was beaten up by him," he whispered.

I laughed and tapped his shoulder. "It's okay. Go na, bye," I said and kissed his cheek. He nodded and kissed my head.

Umuwi na ako sa condo after that. I cleaned the whole place after having my lunch. I rested for a bit then took a bath. I will have a dinner with Ylca. She just got from US. She works there as a professional healthcare advisor in a health care facility. And, it's her on-leave vacation this month.

"Hi, girl!" Ylca squealed when I got in the restaurant. I chuckled and walked towards her. She hugged me so tight. "I missed you!"

I kissed her cheek. "I missed you more."

"I have so many chikas!" She bubbly said and hinila na ako paupo sa tabi niya.

"Damn, calm down. Will you?" I rolled my eyes.

She chuckled. "I will! I will! Waiter!"

I pinched her leg caused she caught some attentions from the other customers. Ang lakas ng boses niya. Wala kami sa palengke. Nang makalapit sa amin ang waiter, kung ano-ano namang inorder niya. She's crazy.
