"A father is someone who doesn't stop but support his child instead with what makes them happy that is for their own good."

I nod my head a little caused I agreed with what Cray have said. We are sharing our thoughts about fathers and our own father.

"My father is the strongest one. He raised us alone," I said and smiled at them.

I don't have a mother anymore. I lost her when I was just a kid. I'm so close and clingy to her so it took me some years to accept that we lost her already. But, I'm now happy. I have my super loving brothers and a father. I'm one of the boys.

After school, we decided to eat nearby. Zack and James ordered food for us.

"Join me in telling my family my true identity."

I choked in my float. Even James who's beside me is tapping his chest harshly caused I think he choked on his burger. Cray is now drinking water while Zack is shaking his head on us. On the other hand, Clark is looking at us disgustingly.

"Putangina, don't you have agam-agam?!" I asked when I've finally redeemed myself.

James covered my mouth. "In English, bub," he said. I removed his hand and glared at them who are all looking at me like I said something I have learned when it's panahon pa ni Rizal.

Issue nila sa akin ang pagta-Tagalog ko. I can speak fine naman in Tagalog sometimes but, they're complaining that it's too deep and they can't understand. I just learned it through Google because I was from Bicol Region so when we moved here in Makati, I have to learn Tagalog words. My family usually speaks in English or Bicol language.

"Are you sure, Clark? I mean, we'll be there for you, of course. But, are you ready for what will happen after you tell them that you're gay?" Cray asked softly, the kindest person I've ever met.

Clark sighed. "Come on... I've been hiding my identity since I was a kid. I just became this showy when I met you all."

"What pushed you to come up with this idea?" Zack asked.

I leaned my back on the chair and crossed my arms over my chest. "Girl, do you think it's a good idea? You said before that your dad is strict and is... yeah, strict," I just said and my lips rose.

Clark pursed his lips. "I think so. And also, I think they have an idea already."

I coughed a little. "How come?" I asked abruptly. Because when we are in their house, he's so manly. I could even fall for him if I do not know that he's not straight.

"Nahuli ako ni Dad na tinatapat ko yung mga dresses ni Ate sa akin. Sabi ko na lang, baka magugustuhan ng nililigawan ko," he said and grimaced.

We burst out laughing. "Tangina mo, Clark!" James exclaimed and throw him the crumpled tissue.

"Like duh, girl, hindi ako manliligaw. Ew," he said like it sickened him and even faked that he's vomiting.

I laughed. "When? We don't have any class na next week because recognition na on Friday. So, when do you want to tell them?" I asked.

He pursed his lips and think lazily. Cray continued eating. She's so takaw, as in. But she's lucky, she's not getting fat.

"Sa April na lang. Simba muna tayo bago pumunta sa bahay," he said and we chuckled.

He really have to ask guidance. Opening up to your family about your true identity is never easy. And in Clark's case, it will not be easy. His father is a policeman.

"Bub, let's buy there. I want fish balls and kikiam," I said and pulled him with me. There is a street food vendor outside the village so we'll go there. It's not that far, though.
