12. Meet your Alpha Female

Theo's POV

Tara looked so cute just laying in the river with her shocked expression, I couldn't help but laugh. She was just so beautiful even when soaked through.

"Theo! I said are you laughing at me!"

"No Tara, of course not." I could barely speak as I tried to stifle my laughter. A frown crossed her face and I knew she'd seen straight through my facade. She stood up from her position in the water and a new round of laughter struck me at the state of her clothes, causing me to lean over onto my legs to keep from falling. I saw her move from the corner of my eye but when her white wolf landed on me, I was caught by surprise. At first it was surprise from the attack but it soon changed to surprise at just how beautiful she was in wolf form.

When she stepped away from me, I managed to get a really good look at her whole body. She was a glistening white. The white shone in the sun and sparkled like diamonds. Around her left eye she had a patch of silver that matched patches on her paws and the tip on her tail. The silver shone blue in the light. Blue hair on a wolf was rare and even the smallest amounts emitted power. The only other people if seen with blue hair in wolf form was my parents. I knew I had it but I'd never been able to see it. Naturally the male will have more blue hair than the female in an Alpha couple. But seeing the blue she had just gave me another reason to want to be with her.

I was so lost in my thoughts about her and me and us, that I didn't even realise I was still staring at her while she changed back to human form.

"You like what you see?" Her gentle voice rang through my thoughts and the teasing hint in it was evident. Blinking furiously, I finally realised she was back in human form in front of me and she was naked. She was naked right there. Her body was beautiful. I wanted to take her right here and right now but I knew I couldn't. If I did, I'd only scare her again. A growl rippled through my chest at the thought of scaring my mate.

"So now that you've obviously treated yourself by admiring my wolf, it's my turn. Get up."

At her order the Alpha in me wanted to rip her apart but somehow i found myself submitting to her and standing on all fours with my head held high and my posture strong so she could take a real good look. I vaguely knew what i looked like. I was a large gleaming white wolf. The Alpha in me was responsible for my size and i knew i towered over my mate. I followed her with my eyes as she circled me nodding her head in appreciation.

"Should i tell you exactly what you look like?"

I nodded my head in response and stuck my tongue out at her causing her to grin.

"Well.. You're bright white and you really shine. You have patches of the same silver i have that shines blue on your paws and the tip of your tail, only you have a patch of it on your right eye and mines on my left. You look beautiful and exactly like a much larger version of me."

She came to a stop at my side beside my head and started ruffling my ears. I let out a small and short playful growl to show her my thanks as i twisted my head so she was ruffling and scratching all over and behind my ears. Her touch set shivers through me and i unconsciously shook like a wet dog making Tara keel over clutching her stomach and laughing at me. She was laughing at me and it sounded melodic. Although my wolf didn't appreciate being laughed at, i let her away with at as i was enjoying the beautiful sound coming from her mouth. A few minutes later, I let out a warning growl to let her know to stop laughing at me. Immediately she stopped and the startled expression on her face sent me into a cacophony of Wolfy chuckles. I stopped laughing when i felt a thump on my back and when i twisted my head around there she was sat on my back using me like a horse with a shocked expression on her face.
