Raven's POV
When I woke up I was inside of Talia's apartment with my head in her lap. Her fingers were combed through my hair comforting me.
"Hey there sleeping beauty," a man's voice said. Talia looked down at me kissed my forehead.
"Are you okay?" She gently took my face between her hands and kissed my cheek.
"I'm fine." I slowly sat up, and my head spun slightly but I was fine.
The man was Talia's boyfriend Haiden. He was active military, so he was very rarely here, and I honestly forgot he even existed.
"I should probably head back," I said standing up.
"You're not going anywhere!" Talia pushed me back on to the couch and held me there. "You're not going back to Jax and that's final. He's not good for you!"
"What's the point. The one person that was good for me is gone, and he'll never come back." As I spoke I could hear how flat and emotionless my voice was. I felt nothing.
"Don't say that," Talia lifted my face to meet her eyes. "He cares for you. He just didn't know what to do. I'm sure he'll come back."
"No he won't. I never gave him a reason to come back." Talia stepped back as if my words hurt her.
I stood up and took my leave.

It was one hour until we opened and instead of having the DJ play the new song we were working on I gave him my iPod and told him to hit play when it was time. I went back stage and all the girls were putting on their make up and getting dressed.
"Has anyone seen Daisy?" Venus asked putting on her shorts.
"She's gone, and she won't be coming back." I sat down at my makeup dresser and stared blankly in the mirror. For the first time in my life I felt as if no amount of make up in the world could make me beautiful.
"What do you mean by gone?" Venus stood behind me with a worried look.
"She went to LA. Don't tell Jax. He'll only get angry. And don't worry about the new dance tonight. I got it covered." I began remove the make up I already had on and was horrified at what looked back at me in the mirror. My face was a pale green tint and my eyes looked sunken into their sockets. My hand began to shake violently and tears streamed down my face.
"Raven? What's wrong?" Venus and I had never really been that close but her presence was comforting. When I didn't respond she wiped my tears and began to apply my foundation for me. The others came rushing over to help. Within minutes my make up and hair was done. Venus spun me around to look in the mirror.
I looked hauntingly beautiful.
"We all have moments when we just need to mourn. Even if what we loved was lost years ago," Venus said walking toward me with a slim white and black dress. It was shear with intricate black lace designs and had a small train.
"I had this dress before I knew you, and I kept hoping to be able to use it one day, but now I figure you would look better in it than I would." She smiled at me and placed the dress in my lap.
I got up and hugged her tightly. She was taken by surprise, but hugged me back. She pulled away and gave me a friendly smile. "Come on ladies we got a show to do." She turned and walked toward the stage entrance with the other girls.
"Venus," I called before she left. She turned to look at me. "Thank you," I said smiling weakly at her.
She smiled back and gave me a wink before walking on stage.
