3 days later:
The last 3 days had been rough, Robin hadn't spoken or heard anything from Arya since he saw her with another guy and Arya hadn't had a single moment to herself, away from Matt since he arrived.
They missed one another desperately but Robin was too stubborn to text or see Arya after what he saw. Arya wanted to explain everything and tell Robin the truth as she was afraid of loosing him.
—
"Hey when is Arya next coming over?" Jen looked over at Robin, sitting at the table.
Robin went to answer but was interrupted by Dylan," hopefully soon" he smiled, helping his mum with preparing food.
"I'm going out for a bit, anyone want to come?" Dylan asked, knowing no one would take up his offer.
"Ok I'll go on my own then" he smiled, going out the door.
Once again the day was bright and Dylan had a plan, hoping to fix things between Arya and Robin.
—
"I was thinking maybe today we could meet that Roady guy" Matt said, eating the last of the food on his plate.
"It's Robin" Arya sighed glaring at him.
"Oh right sorry, I've heard so much about him I'd just like to actually meet him" he smiled widely, putting down the cutlery he was using,"so when can I see him, today? How about this afternoon?".
"I'm uh, not sure" Arya mumbled, grumbling at his comment.
"Can someone take the rubbish out please?" Arya's dad leaned in.
"I will, I'll be back In a second" practically leaping out her seat, she took the bag and made her way to the bins by the toilet stations on the site. Matt stayed in the caravan, while he started small talk with Arya's mother.
She hurried to the Bins, throwing the bag into the huge metal crates. Stopping to take a breather. Arya hadn't had a moment to herself for 3 days, it had been absolute torture.
Matt had been sleeping outside and made Arya feel bad about getting to sleep inside, so she'd slept on the floor next to him.
She was running on little to no energy, was sick of seeing Matts face, wanted to see Robin, all while not getting a wink of sleep for three nights in a row.
She snuck behind the bins, leaning her body against the wood boards. She couldn't see anyone from her position, it was peace at last.
Her breath was quick, calming herself down. Something caught her attention, when she heard a sound come from some of the trees in front of her.
She watched a familiar person come out from the growth, he looked out to the caravans wonderingly.
"...Dylan?" Her face smiled, seeing a familiar face, it was strange to it him there.
"Pssst" Arya caught his attention, letting him to stay quiet. He crept over and lent next to her.
"What are you doin?.." Dylan began but was cut off.
"Oh thank god you're here, where's Robin, is he ok? What are you even doing here" She asked, looking around to make sure no one was watching.
"I wanted to see you, just checking to make sure you're okay and Robin... he's been better..." Dylan rubbed his neck awkwardly.
"Oh I just want to tell him how sorry I am, my boyfriend turned up and I never got to tell him the truth, he must be so confused" Arya panicked, frowning at Dylan.
"Don't worry about that now, did you say your boyfriends here?" Dylan asked, clarifying the situation.
"Yes... he turned up when I was with Robin and I got a call from my dad and had to leave early" Arya spoke, breathing deeply.
"Ok ok, you need to try and get away from him" Dylan looked over to Arya.
She sat, with her back against the wood. Her head in her hands, with her hair covering over her.
"Hey, hey, Ays it'll be ok, we will sort it. I promise you" Dylan came close to give her a hug.
"I hope so" she whispered, over his shoulder.
—
Arya walked back, going into the caravan.
She felt Dylan watch her as she went, it was a blessing to see him, or someone else for that matter. Now all Arya wanted was to see Robin, hoping he was ok.Matt sat, sprawled out over the sofa, leaving little to no room for Arya. She glared at him and turned away to get out a drink.
"Oh your parents went over to get some fish and chips for dinner" Matt spoke, his head resting on his hands.
"Oh ok" Arya answered briefly, pouring a drink.
"So that's means that..." Matt walked over and stood next to Arya taking the drink from the counter and sipping it.
"I made that for me" Arya reached for the drink and watched as Matt put it back down.
"That means we have a little while to ourselves" he smiled holding her from behind.
Arya didn't reply vocally or physical, she kept her body turned from his not wanting to share herself with him. In her eyes he didn't deserve it, he never had.
Matt seemed to take the hint and walked away, she could see the shadow over her move and replaced it with sunlight that came running through the door.
The night ended quietly, Arya lied down on her makeshift bed in the floor. Matt across the awning on a raised camping bed.
"Night sweetheart" he spoke turning over to face away.
Arya lay still, looking at the open gap in the awning, she could just about make out some stars. It was a cool night and Arya could feel it wasn't the worst yet...
Sorry this chapter was a bit later than normal, might be a little slower with new chapter updates for the next few weeks but don't worry, I'm working hard behind the scenes on other things 😉 hope you enjoyed this chapter and on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst how much do you hate Matt? I know my answer...
