It was another warm day, down on the beach, it was littered with families and people like usual. They walked down the sands of the coast, talking back and forth, just the two of them.

"So how long have you lived here?" Arya looked up at him, more comfortable now than she was before.

"All my life pretty much" he smiled looking upon the sea, the tide was in, and the sun reflected rays on it, creating a beautiful scene of serenity.

Arya tried to ask questions so Robin would talk about himself or his family but she didn't get very far. It was around mid day and the tide was out but that didn't seem to stop people going for a swim in the water.

"Do you have siblings?" She asked, trying to not be too personal, Arya was constantly thinking of things to say so the conversation wouldn't get awkward.

"Yeh I have a few, how about you?" He asked, smiling to her.

Arya was frustrated with his answer, why did he not want to talk about his family," no I don't have and siblings, I'm an only child" her head lay low to the ground, kicking the sand lightly as they walked.

"Oh, that must be nice, not to have to share anything, or look after anyone" he smiled, looking into her eyes. Arya stared, he had such beautiful eyes, captivating ones.

"Yeh, it's nice I guess, can be a bit lonely though" Arya looked away, seeing the beach began to fill with people. She noticed some children running out to sea, they wore nothing but tiny swimming costumes. Their bursts of laughed could be heard all the way from the other side of the beach. Arya smiled, letting out a small chuckle. Robin noticed this and couldn't help but laugh with her.

They walked close to the waters edge, she took her flip flops off and held them in her hand as she dipped her feet into it.

"Come on it's not that cold" she laughed, robin smiled, he looked at the water and rolled his eyes.

"Fine" he joined her and they went into the water, it was nice to cool down from the heat. They stood side by side, the water just reaching their knees, staring over the sea.

"It's a shame your leaving tomorrow" he sighed, his head tilted as he spoke.

Arya bit her lip discretely, she didn't want to leave, especially not now."well I can give you my phone number?" She offered.

He took out his phone and they exchanged numbers,"now you can send me photos of the beach and I'll be really jealous" they laughed, as the water splashed against their legs.

Hours passed, Arya had never even looked at the time. Robin and her had just bonded so well it was like they'd known each other for years.

He wasn't like any of the boys back home Arya knew, Robin was more like one of the boys from a movie, something you'd only dream of. She didn't take for granted this opportunity she had, she knew it wasn't often you would find someone as gentle and kind as Robin.

They sat in the sand dunes, hidden from the world, spikes of sand grass grew from the land. The waves from the sea were faint and hummed like a melody. The heat casted it's power onto the surrounding land, heating up the ground and water.

"I don't want to go" Arya played, falling back into the sand around her, she gleamed.

"Well you can come back, can't you?" Robin leaned over looking at her body sunken in the sand.

Arya pushed herself up and took a deep sigh,"I can but it won't be until next year" she frowned, squinting her eyes from the sun.

"Well we will just have to wait until then" he smiled, Arya noticed in the time she'd spent with Robin, one of his most prominent traits was his optimism. It was nice to have someone positive around her, not like some of her friends, it made her feel even more at peace with him.

She glanced down at her phone, remembering the time her parents said she needed to be back.

"Oh god, how is it that time already" Arya looked up at Robin who had his eyes shut, bathing in the sun. He opened them and looked at her face.

"Do you need to go?" He asked, brushing his hair from his face.

She nodded, putting her phone back in her pocket, they stood up and brushed off some of the sand.

"Before I go, I-I want to give you something..." Arya reached for her shirt she was wearing and clasped the necklace she wore underneath.

She took off the necklace given to her by the lady, placing it in his smooth hands. He looked at it for awhile, inspecting its beauty, he admired how is glistened in the sun.

"Are you sure?" his eyes met hers, with sparkles in them.

"Yes, keep it until we meet again" she smiled, he too broke into a smile. Arya wanted to hug him but it didn't seem right, not yet anyway.

"Well I best be off" she gave him one last beam of a smile before turning and making her way back.

Robin watched as she left the beach, he glanced back to the sea behind him and then to the necklace she'd left in his closed hand. He gently placed it in his pocket and let out a sigh to himself.
