[ Chapter Thirty-Four ]

Katerina Scar Kope-Skywalker Is Fine, Frey

Frey was ducking behind the log with everyone else.

He had no idea where his sister or cousin were, and frankly, he was terrified.

"The main entrance to the control bunker is on the far side of that landing platform. This isn't going to be easy." Leia whispered. Frey groaned quietly, "When is it ever easy?" He remarked. Leia turned to look at him with a raised brow. "Sorry, I just don't know where Kat is." Leia sent him a comforting smile.

"Hey, don't worry... You and me both know Kat ain't goin' down without a fight, especially if Luke's there too." Han comforted Frey.

"Chewie and me got into a lot of places more heavily guarded than this." Han got back on topic. "What's he saying?" Leia asked C-3PO.

"He says there's a secret entrance on the other side of the ridge." The droid explained.

It only now occurred to Frey that they were doing this to save the world. No pressure. No pressure at all. He was freaking out, almost on cue, his radio started staticking. "Good news, your sister let me know she and Luke are okay. They're with Vader." Frey's eyes widened. "How do you-" "She knocked out the Stormtroopers for a hot second so I could tell you." "Thanks." And that was that.

"See, your sister is fine." Han reassured.

They ducked down in the tall plants, going to the Ewoks. "Back door, huh? Good idea." Han said.

"It's only a few guards. Shouldn't be too much trouble." Han told them. Frey spoke up, "What if there's more than just a few and they're hiding." Han let out a sigh, "We'll be fine, kid."

"It only takes one to sound the alarm." Leia was not helping Frey's nerves right now.

"Then we'll do it real quiet like." Han retorted. "Oh my! Princess Leia!" 3PO practically shouted. Leia shushed him, "I'm afraid our furry companion has gone and done something rather rash." 3PO warned.

"There's our surprise attack." Han commented.

"Not bad for a little furball." Han said, once the Ewok had driven most of them away. "There's only one left. You stay here. We'll take care of this." Han turned to Frey. "Can I just stay here, please." Han nodded, patting his shoulder.

So, when they left, Frey played with the leaves and plants. "Oh please, Kat. Please don't get into too much trouble. Please."

Lando just comforting Frey is adorable.

Han being slightly done with Frey's anxiety but also being protective over him is also adorable.
