"What? What do you mean?" Shawn looked panicked, in fact neither of them were holding it together.

I'm guessing they weren't used to being on this side of a situation like this. I'd even go so far as to bet that neither of them has been shot before.

"Don't worry, you'll understand in time."

I put my weapon back into the shoulder holster I currently have on under my cut. They visibly relax until I motion for Tease and Lex to pull them from their seats.

"We're going on a little field trip." Rise grounds out smiling wickedly in Shawns face as Tease drags him out of the shed.

"Put them in the van. I'll be out in a minute." I tell them as they all walk around the side of the building while I head for the back door.

"Everything good boss?" Dagger asks giving me an odd look.

"When is it ever good? I'm gonna go check on Quinn and I'll be out. Tell them to fucking stay put in the van. I want those fuckers awake, don't let them pass out or get knocked out."

Dagger just nods his head knowing a little to well what my plans are. Or at least he thinks he knows.

"Motherfucker!" I hear Quinn clip out before there was a thud.

Instantly I sprint down the hall towards her, but stop short when I see her sitting hunched over the table where I'd left her.

"Sorry, I'm sorry." Doc apologizes quietly as he bandages up her wrists.

"Quinn." I say making her head come up to look at me.

"Hey." She smiles through the pain, and I think it's to make me feel better, but it doesn't help.

"I've got to go for a bit."

Her smile drops. "Why?"

I was hoping she wouldn't ask, but of course she did. I should lie and say it's just for some things unrelated to her, but everything has been related to her since Gretta dragged her in here.

"We have Shawn."

Quinn's face sets with shock before she forces it into a determined look. You can be an idiot and still realize what it means.

"No." I say shaking my head, but the look she is giving me is hard to resist.

"I want to go. Please?" She's not begging, simply asking.

"You need to stay here and get some rest."

Even with my logic she completely ignores me.

"I'll get some rest when he's dead. That's what you're doing right? Going to go kill Shawn?"

Closing my eyes I ask for someone to give me some fucking strength and be able to tell her no. But when I put myself in her situation I know I'd want to see the person who did that die as well.

"Fine. Doc is she patched up?" I give looking at Doc who is just staring at the both of us like we've lost it.

"Not as good as she could be. Just don't over exert yourself any, your body needs time to heal. You've been banged up pretty damn bad Q." Doc scratches his head as he stands up. "I'll come to, make sure she doesn't hurt herself more, if that's good with you brother."

He looks to me and all I can do is nod.

"Alright little darlin come on." I whisper next to her ear as I help her stand.

"Thanks Gun." Quinn smiles again before lacing her fingers with mine.

I give her hand a squeeze as we head for the van. Dagger, Rise, and Lex are all on their bikes and that means Tease is inside with the two assholes. Blitz is driving the Van.
