Chapter 38

TimeSkip: 2 Years Later
Yamaguchi's Pov: 

I heard the front door slam. I went down stairs seeing Toshiko crying downstairs by herself. 

"Toshiko? Baby what's wrong?" I said running to her. I picked her up and she hugged me. 

"Daddy said he didn't love me anymore..." My eyes widened and I clenched my teeth together. 

"When did daddy say that?" 

"Before he left... h-he said that mommy's a bad word... that I was annoying." My eyes watered. I held her tight and sat on the couch. What the hell made Tsuki so mad? I grabbed my phone still holding her and called Tsuki. Went straight to voice mail. I texted him a message fully showing how pissed off I was. 

"Here. L-let's go get some ice cream hm?" Toshiko nodded and I grabbed my keys. I grabbed my phone and I grabbed Toshiko shoes. I put on my shoes as I carried her to the car. I put her in the car seat then got up. 

I started the car with tears coming down my cheek. I tried not to sob with her in the car but I have no idea what happened, I just came downstairs and saw my child crying. Then Tsuki didn't say anything to me. 

I got to dairy queen and we walked inside. 

"What ice cream do you want?" 

"The one with the brownie." 

"Okay baby."  

We stood in line and she held my head. I bit my lip and held my head down realizing what happened. Me and Tsuki had a fight last week while Toshiko was in school. Even though he apologized he still seemed pissed. I ordered her ice cream and just some fries for me. 

"Mommy... can we eat in the pretty place again?" 

"Yeah baby come on." 

I said holding her hand, I grabbed extra napkins. There was a little pond down the street. Me and Tsuki used to go there all the time... When we got close she ran away from my grasp and I chased after her. 

"Toshiko where are you going?!" I was stopped my Tsuki and Toshiko grabbed a basket full of flowers. I looked at them confused then mad. 

"Kei, what did you say to my daughter?" 

"Nothing love. Calm down. Our daughter is just a great actor." I looked at her giggling and I pouted. 

"Gosh don't do that again. I was about to cuss you out!" 

"You did cuss me out Tadashi." 

"Shut up. I'm here now what?" 

"I just wanted to say, that I love you and you're so, so beautiful. And you gave us a beautiful daughter. I know I made mistakes, a lot of mistakes to break your perspective of your beauty and I want a future with you so I can make it better." 

My eyes widened as Tsuki go his tall ass on one knee and Toshiko started aggressively throwing flower petals at us. 

"So Tadashi Yamaguchi will you forgive my mistakes, and marry me?" 

"Y-yes! Yes." He put a drop dead, gorgeous ring on my finger. He stood up and I hugged him. 

"I love you so much Tsuki!" He hugged me back and I sobbed in joy. I felt Toshiko hug my leg and I snickered. 

"Mommy did you like my a-acting?" 

"Yeah I did. Scared the crap out of me." She clap and I pat her head. 

"Daddy! Daddy! Does this mean you can come to my school next week!" 

"Yeah, yeah kiddo." She jumped up and grabbed her ice cream. I just squealed and hugged Tsuki again, blushing. 

"I love you too Tadashi."
