Roman and kalen look at each other slowly and then turn back to me.
Seconds that feels like minutes go by and Roman is the first to speak up.
" SHES HERE?!?! WHAT THE HELL MAN WHY DIDNT U TELL US ? " He yells, pacing around room.
" I didn't know until sage came in and said she bumped into her when she was at the library. And the worst part is, she gonna be at the fashion show I'm supposed to be attending Friday " God what the hell am I supposed to do.. I haven't seen her in 6 years.
" she thinks I don't know what happen to you guys and as soon as I brought u up she froze " sage says walking back to the couch, picking up her books.
Kalen walks towards the fridge and opens a bottle of water, " At least you're not attending by yourself Si. Isn't that Arab girl with the fat ass going with u? "
Oh yeah, I forgot about Malika. She was some girl I met a bar, and I was drunk when I asked her to attend the fashion show with me and i guess she remembered because the next day she asked, I told her she could be my plus one.
Yeah she was hot and all, but I really wasn't interested.
" yeah but that's not the problem . What if I run into her? What the fuck am I gonna do? " I say stressed.
" well if u ever still want her to forgive u, you better come up with a good ass explanation for Friday. " Roman exclaims.
I've always wondered what it would be like to see her again, and have the opportunity to explain to her that I didn't mean mean to leave her and that I lo- missed her like crazy over these past few years.
" Kalen , get your fat ass head out of my goddamn fridge, Roman stop braiding Sages hair, and get up so we can go find an outfit for me, for Friday " I say, grabbing a black hoodie and slipping on a pair of yezzy slides.
" By the way, Soraya is coming over to spend the night! " sage yells from the back room.
Soraya is sage's girlfriend, and I don't mind her coming over.
" okay but don't make a mess, or you'll be cleaning the shit up! "
