"Kalani are you okay? Did you get rid of them?" He asks worriedly. I look at the mirror and it's pitch black. They're not following me anymore. I held back my tears and I nodded my head as if he can see me.

Sitting next to Kalani was so goddamn hard. She's gotten beautiful. Even more beautiful than the last time I saw her. It took everything in me not to say some thing to her. She's grown into her shape and she has curves every where u look.

I could sense her avoiding contact with me. Probably doesn't want to speak to me. Which is completely understandable, giving the circumstances that the last time I talked to her I came off as a complete asshole.
Leaning in towards her, I sense her breath hitching and I mentally smirk to myself.
" you look good kalani " I said in a low tone, for only her to hear. Everyone is already occupied with doing what their best at. Talking about bull shit.
She clears her throat, and turns her head and looks behind me.
" you shouldn't be telling me that Silas, don't be a whore, you have a date here " before I can respond she interrupts me and gets up from the table.
" sorry for the inconvenience, but I have work early tomorrow so I'm gonna head out " she smiles widely and grabs her purse. God I love that smile.
As she gets closer to the door I lean in towards Malika besides me and I tell her I'll be right back.
Rushing out of the restaurant trying to catch up to her, I see her at her car and I run faster. Damn she walks fast.
" KALANI!!! " I yell hoping she turns around.
" KALANI!! " She then turns around and stops in her tracks.
Walking towards her I get a glimpse at her car.

She rolls her eyes and walks towards me.
" look I don't have time, what do you want ? " she says annoyed. Damn who pissed in her cereal.

" lani please. I fucking miss u an- " looking up at her she roughly wipes away a tear and she cuts me off.
I didn't even realize I made her cry. I fucking hated when she cried back in highschool, and seeing her cry makes me feel like an even bigger dickhead.
" Silas, it's a little too late to miss me. Please go home.. " she turns and walks away to get into her car.
" Lani! LANI! " but before I could catch up to her, she's already speeding down the road.

" fuck " I muttered running my hands through my hair.. I want to talk to her. I need to talk to her. I want to sort all this shit out with her. I just.. I don't know how. I need to fix it fast because she already hates me and I don't know what I'll do if she doesn't fully forgive me.
Turning around walking towards the restaurant, I spot Malika with a smug look on her face.
" What the hell Silas? You ran out and ditched me to talk to her sorry ass ? " She rolls her eyes and chews her gum annoyingly. What the hell is wrong with her?
" I just went to go talk to her, and I'm not your goddamn boyfriend. So please now that you have officially pissed me off, find a way home. " I turn around on my heels and walk towards my car.
I need to come up with a way to find Kalani and talk to her.
