"Okay, I think that's all of them, Link! Thanks again, I don't know what I'd do without my precious cuccos!"

The Hylian guard exclaimed, though Wild merely responded with a small nod. He was then alerted of his task being completed on his Sheikah slate. He dismissed the notification as he walked off to go fetch his horse. His break had been long enough, it was time to move on. He made his way out of Kakariko Village, Impa's voice still echoing in his head. "Free the Divine Beasts,"

Wild let out a distressed sigh as he looked up at the evening sky decorated with oranges, yellows, and reds. He felt overwhelmed with what he had to do. And he had to do it alone. Though, what hurt him the most was the guilt. The guilt of failing his duty and in return; losing everyone he's ever cared about and Hyrule itself. He shook off the feeling.

'I just saw it, where-' He groaned softly, deciding to instead find a spot to set up camp for the night. He trudged onward. Wild shifted his gaze around before freezing at hearing the sound of wolves howling not too far from his location. 'Just my luck..' The Young hero weakly unsheathed his sword. He was over exhausted since he hadn't slept in days.

After a few swings and harsh nudges, he successfully scared off most of them. He glanced back, seeing a peculiar looking wolf. It was much bigger than the ones you'd normally see wandering around. It also had rather strange markings. Wild shrugged it off, thinking it was just a new breed that went undiscovered. It snarled and bared its teeth, slowly walking towards Wild. The knight readied his weapon, eyeing to see when it'd attack. He had to hurry and finish this. The lack of food and rest was causing black to slowly cloud his vision. He was about to run over and slash at the beast, but instead ended up stumbling a bit, causing him to drop his sword, accidentally. The wolf was about to attack but stopped mid tracks as he saw the small Hylian fall over without looking as though he was even injured. He slowly crept up to the boy, and just what he thought; Wild had collapsed and he'd fallen unconscious
