Mark's POV
Anjae came into my room with my clothes on and with her hair wet. She looked so cute like that. My clothes weren't that baggy on her but they still fit very loosely on her small figure. Seeing her like this caught me off guard. My eyes were fixed on her. I couldn't help it.
I stare at her for a little bit longer before snapping out of it. I didn't realize I had been looking at her for that long. "Did you need anything?" I asked her, clearing my throat.
"No, I just wanted to thank you." She says smiling at me. That smile of hers is dangerous.I try to compliment her and tell her she looks nice with my clothes on, but I can't even form a sentence correctly. Somehow she understands what I'm trying to say and says, "Thanks, Mark" The way my name rolls off of her tongue gives me butterflies.
Anjae makes me feel like I'm not myself. Normally I'm confident and I can compliment her easily. But right now, I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest.

Original POV
Mark let me stay in his room since we were the only two in the house. He called Lia and let her know what happened. Lia's going to walk with Hyuck after they finish in the gym.
Mark looks at me like he wants to ask me a question. Before he can, Lia walks through the door. "I'm home!" She announces before running upstairs. She comes in the room and jumps on the bed next to me. Mark is sitting on the floor against the wall. "Do you guys have dates to the dance yet?" Lia asks randomly.
I shake my head. "I'm just waiting for someone to ask me." Mark looks up at my statement. "I-... do you-..." he tries to say something but Lia cuts him off. "How about, us singles, go together. Me, you, Mark, and Hyuck!" She suggests excitedly. "Sounds good to me" I say with a shrug. Was Mark trying to ask me to the dance?
Time Skip
There are two days until the dance. Lia has dragged me out to look at dresses. She points at a red one on the first rack. "I think I'll buy this one." It's a mid length, bright red dress with one strap over the right shoulder. "And I think you should get this one." She's now pointing at a blue one on the same rack. It's a short, navy blue dress with thin straps that cross in the back. The dress has a ballerina vibe. I love it.
We checkout and leave the store. "Does Hyuck like red?" Lia asks me out of the blue. "Yeah, why?" I turn to look at her. "Just making sure I got the right color." She says with a smile. I chuckle at her statement. "Lia, he likes you. It's obvious. I bet he'll ask you out soon." She jumps up excitedly. "I really hope so."
