-Nico's POV-
"C'mon, it's not that bad." Will told me as we walked through some store. After Will had scored a job helping out at a hospital we got an apartment in Manhattan and moved in. We were currently looking for some snacks for a movie night Will had insisted on having.
"There's so many people." I muttered, hunching my shoulders. There really wasn't, but me being introverted and all it seemed like alot. Will rolled his eyes and threw some chocolate bars in the basket he was carrying.
"Calm down Neeks." He sighed. I snagged a dark chocolate bar and put it in. Will wrinkled his nose. "I don't know how you eat those." I shrugged half heartedly and turned to look at the other candies.
"You have a sweet tooth. I don't." I said.
"It's like your coffee. Dark. Bleh." Will said. I turned back to him.
"Dark like my soul."
"Oh, whatever. Let's go get drinks." Will grabbed my arm and pulled me from the isle we were in.
By the time we had finished it was around four. We headed back to our apartment and set up the movie, an older film that I had insisted we watch. By seven we had made it through two movies. We were curled up on the couch with blankets and pillows, snack and candy wrappers littering the floor. By nine I had fell asleep on Will's shoulder.
I woke up the next morning considerably well rested. My sleep schedule was horrible so it was odd getting so much. The clock on the wall read eight and Will was still asleep under me. When we had ended up like this on the couch I had no idea.
I stood and stretched before getting to work on cleaning the living room. I pulled on black skinny jeans with one of my skull t-shirts after a quick shower. Will had woke up at some point and was in the process of making breakfast when I came out from our bedroom. I watched as he put eggs and toast on two plates before setting them infront of the island stools, followed by glasses of orange juice.
"Morning." I said, sitting down. Will kissed me on the cheek as I took the vacent stool beside mine.
"How was your sleep?" He asked.
"Better then usual." I answered, smiling slightly as I ate.
"Well that's good. You need to start getting to bed earlier." Will told me. I rolled my eyes. "I'm serious! It's unhealthy."
"Mhm. Sure you are." I said around a mouthfull of eggs. I swallowed quickly. "I'm going to get myself coffee." I grabbed the last bite of toast and started for the door, quickly puting on my combat boots and jacket.
"You need to stop drinking so much coffee too!" Will called after me.
"I love you!" I yelled back, ignoring what he had said.
"Lova you too."
Walking through the New Yorks crowds I kept my head down. I hated people, but risked the corwded streets to get my beloved coffee. The small cafe I usually got mine from was a few blocks away. It was cozy and made delicous coffee. I knew most of the workers since I went there so much despite not really talking.
The bell jingled as I walked in. It had started raining on my way here, making my damp hair wet again. I headed to the counter, where Jacob Rye was working. Jacob was a nice guy and pretty easy going.
"Hey, could I get my usual?" I asked.
"Sure thing Nico." Jacob said, offering me a smile. "That all?" I hummed for a moment before nodding.
A few minutes later and the coffee was infront of me. I paid before turning around. I scanned the cafe for a minuet and two guys caught my eye. I felt like I should know them. The blonde turned and met my gaze. Both of our eyes widened in surpise. How was this possible. The guy nudged his friend who also turned. Well schist.
